L	LICO Safranbolu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アットホームなラーメン屋さん。常連さんが多いものの、幅をきかせていて入りにくいというわけではなく、なんなら謎の仲間意識、阿吽の呼吸で上手く席が回転している気さえする。笑盛り付け自由のチャーシュー丼は盛り付け方にとっても個性がでるので、各お客さんの創意工夫を眺めていると非常に面白い。カウンターのみのお店だけど家族連れも多くて、一所懸命に食べている子供とか見ると和む。夜限定のチャーハンは、しっとりなんだけどパラパラで大好きな味。チャーハン界のナンバーワン。私はニンニクより普通のチャーハンのほうが好み。でもチャーシュー丼も食べたいから、二人以上で行ってラーメンセットとラーメン単品とチャーハンでわけわけすることをおすすめしたい！ラーメンが美味しいのはもちろんなんだけど、お客さんが美味しそうにラーメンを食べている姿が平和そのもので、色々ひっくるめてこのお店が好きです。 A homely ramen shop. N	NYC 212 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店名は奇抜だけど真面目でおいしいらーめん。カウンターの中でチームワークが光る店主さんご夫婦も感じがいい。席の仕切りもキッチリ設置されていた。ラーメンは「しょうゆ」一種類をベースに、ピリ辛ネギやチャーシューのバリエーションがある。スープはあっさりだけどコクがある。うまい。このスープにパツンとした細麺がよくあう。ラーメンに＋170円で付けれるセルフチャーシュー丼はつい多めに盛り付けたくなる誘惑との戦い。無理なくおいしく食べれる適量を見極めたい。昼12時前に行ったらほぼ満席。いっときは外待ちまでできたほど。地域に愛されてるなあ。じつにいい店だと思う。 The name of the restaurant is strange, but it's a serious and delicious ramen. 岸	岸大助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝一番に訪問。しょうゆラーメンのセットメニューを注文。チャーシュー丼を、ご飯もチャーシューも全て初回は自分で盛り付け可。それでラーメンの価格にプラス170円。ちょーお得。ラーメンは極細麺、スープは優しい豚骨醤油？かな。美味しいです。胡椒をふりかけると最高です。チャーシュー丼もタレが美味しい、もっと盛り付ければ良かった。お店の方も物凄く優しく丁寧な対応でした。気持ちがいい。10分も経たないうちに満席になり、待ちも発生。ごちそうさまでした。 Visit first thing in the morning. ブ	ブラックウィドウ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ※2018年1月12日訪問辛ねぎラーメン大盛チャーシューごはん初訪でしたが、セットのチャーシューごはんはチャーシュー、ごはん共に自分の好きな量の盛り付けが可能。ラーメン大盛だったので控えめに盛るも、味わい深いチャーシューに舌鼓でした。 ※2022年1月23日訪問ウルトラマンはセブンからがリアルで、ウルトラQはよく知らないし、店名が何故ラーメンQさんなのかは謎??。久方ぶりに訪問し、トップグレードのネギチャに味付玉子トッピング、更にラーメンセットの豪華版を注文してみました。ここは豚骨醤油の背脂チャチャ系のラーメン屋さん。多過ぎない適度な背脂がポイントで、かために茹でられた細麺に合う?。ピリ辛白髪ネギも実に良い仕事をしてくれるが、お母さんが更に辛さ増しを勧めてくれたから、豆板醤みたいなのをドボン?。そして、１杯目はお茶碗自由盛りのチャーシュー御飯(ネギ、タレ、漬物も自由)を箸休めに交互に食せば、腹パンチクリン間違いなしのパラダイスなのだ?。 * Visited on January 12, 2018 Spicy green onion ramen Char siu rice Although it was my first visit, I can serve the set char siu pork and pork as much as I like.
