E	Eric-sama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best ramen experience in Tokyo. At walk distance from the Ghibli Museum, you can enjoy this light ramen. Salt-based, soy sauce based or bonito-based soups are available. The "ajitama" (egg infused in soy sauce) is really good. On top of that, as this place is only known by locals, you almost never have to wait. Had more than a hundred bowls in 2018, and this place is clearly in my top 3. Highly recommended !

I ordered the special niboshi ramen. Its soup is thick and toppings are unique, half roasted pork and chicken, half boiled egg, chopped purple onion and seaweed. The interior is also in good mood. “Himawari” means “sunflower”.
