おいしくない。このラーメンで800円って、高くてビックリ。出汁も薄くてまずい昆布水みたいでした。

青森市内の煮干し系あっさりラーメンで一番美味しいと思います。スープから麺、しなちくに至るまで完全無化調で子供にも安心して食べさせられるラーメン。チャーシューもしっかりなのに柔らかく絶品です。ということで、チャーシューめんの手打ちがオススメ!
I think it's the most delicious sardine ramen in Aomori city. Ramen that is completely neutralized from soup to noodles to shinachiku and can be eaten by children with peace of mind. The char siu is also firm but soft and exquisite. So, I recommend hand-made char siu noodles!

ドアを開けると煮干しの香りに「おぉ~」と心の中で。暑い日でしたが店内は冷房がきいてました。一時半すぎの入店。土曜日の昼なのに客がらがら❗ 店主がこちらを見たが一言も発せず‼️? 帰ろうかと思ったが面倒なので席へ。 普通のラーメンが750円は高すぎ。大は100円アップだが、1.3玉って、セコすぎるだろ。 味はすっきりあっさり。まあ丁寧な処理感は感じるけど。コクが欲しいなあ。 麺はちょっとモチモチ。ずいぶんとツルツルでのど越しがいいが、味薄い。肝心の旨味が… チャーシューも味普通。少し硬め。 メンマも普通。 食べてると店主がレジ閉めしてる?15時迄では? 帰るとドアには営業終了の札。作るの見てたけど材料まだあったよね?やる気ねえなぁ。 ラーメンも不完全燃焼。ダメだろこの店。

個人的に、青森県のあっさり煮干ラーメンの中ではベスト3に入ると思っている。 完全無化調のため、化学調味料に慣れきった舌には、物足りなく感じるかもしれない。 しかし、2度、3度と訪れると、ここの味の物凄さというか、奥深さに感動する事になる。少なくとも私はそうなった。 大盛りを食べた直後に、もう一杯食べたくなる味というのは、それほど多くない。 値段は若干高めだが、それだけの素材と手間をかけて作っているので、妥当である。 最近は営業時間終了前にスープがなくなることが多いので、Facebookをフォローして確認したほうがいい。

何ヵ月かぶり?くらいに入ったんですが味が変わった気がします。良い方向に。 特にチャーシュー柔らかくなったのが好印象です。 元々スープは個人的には美味しいと思ってたんですが、チャーシューだけは残念だったので。

接客も一組、一組に気配りが素晴らしいし味もあっさり煮干しで美味い!!完全無添加なら材料も高くなるのでこの値段で高いとか思わないです。

前にこの場所に移転したての頃に食べましたがそれから随分たったなぁ 店内はさり気なく結構広く何か添加物無しを売りにしてるのは前から変わらないw まあ手打ちチャーシュー麺大を注文 味は悪くないけど正直あっさりしすぎと思うかな… 麺は手打ちだと余計にあっさり感が強調されてしまう… チャーシューは微妙? 総じてこの店に以前も思ったが値段設定が高すぎ感があると言うのが感想 別段具が良いとか量が多い訳でもないチャーシュー麺大で1200円は流石に高いと思う…
