★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15時20分頃に入店。まだ時間大丈夫ですか？と、聞いて入ったんですけどあらかさまに嫌そうな雰囲気。挨拶なし。メニューも見てる最中にしまわれてしまいました。
食べた後も席を立った瞬間すぐ片付けてはやく出て行けと言われている様でした。
何回か利用してたのに残念です。二度といきません。

ただ、私共が食事をしている際に入店されたご老人を見て調理場の中からぽっちゃりの黒いマスクの女性が、笑っていて小馬鹿にしていたように見えました。人間性がなされていなく、驚きました。

非常に残念です。
ここは、ラーメンは別においしいわけでは無いし、おでんのみが美味しいのです。
あんかけやみつかけは店のわがままで、
その場で食べれません。それで、テイクアウトしようとしたら売り切れ。
もう行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中・大・特盛があり、中が普通盛です。麺はチリヂリしていません。数年前までは、麺は細くチリヂリしていたのに・・・変わってしまい非常に残念。今回は12:00前に入店しましたが、満席になっていませんでした。「中」のチャーシュー（ミックス）麺をオーダー。中とは思えないドンブリの大きさ。ドンブリは３種類のドンブリを使用しています。ちなみに、特盛のドンブリは超ビックサイズで圧倒されますよ。スープは煮干しダシ、昔ながらの中華そば。がっかりしたのは、12:00にも関わらずスープがとてもぬるくて、残念！！なので星3ツ。ラーメンづくりに温度管理出来ていないのは致命的です。常に、フーゥフーゥと息を吹きかけながら食べるラーメンを提供して欲しいものです。

ラーメンは塩味少なめで出汁がきいててよい感じです。純粋に煮干の味です。昔ながらカテゴリーでも煮干の美味しさを大切にしていると思います。塩味に頼っていないところが良いです。次回はお店で食べたいです。みつかけは数十年ぶりに家族で食べました。黒糖の濃い黒蜜がよき。ここもモンカスのコメントが多いですね✨
2021/11/21 I bought a takeaway ramen and Mitsukake.
The ramen is less salty and the soup stock is nice. It is purely boiled and dried. I think that the deliciousness of dried sardines is important even in the old-fashioned category. It is good not to rely on saltiness. Next time I want to eat at the store. I ate Mitsukake with my family for the first time in decades. Black honey with dark brown sugar is good. There are many comments from Moncas here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさりしているけど、ダシが濃厚で、味付けが濃いようで、味付けが濃いというよりもダシで味がしっかりしている印象。カウンター席はない。子供連れには良いお店だと思います。美味しいです。何度も来ることになると思います。
