色味や盛り付け方が残念な感じ
味は良く言えば優しい味、悪く言うと薄い味、海鮮の出汁は感じられず海老の入った味噌ラーメン。
おばちゃんが一生懸命作ってくれたので星2つです。
I ate seafood champon.
The color and the way of serving are disappointing
The taste is gentle to say the least, light to say the least, and miso ramen with shrimp without the soup stock of seafood.
My aunt made it so hard that it has two stars.

味は合格点だと思います。イヤ、俺は好き?
クリーム系ラーメンが予想よりも全然美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここはクリームラーメンも美味しいですし、餃子も好きです。具もみっちり入っていて、大きく、焼き方も肉汁が逃げてなく とても美味しいです。うちは、30年 ４代にわたり 片道一時間半かけて このラーメン大学のクリームラーメン食べたさに来てます。
The cream ramen here is also delicious and I like dumplings. Ingredients are well contained, large and grilled. We have been eating this cream ramen at Ramen University for one and a half hours each way for 30 years and 4 generations.

うーん、、こんな味だったんかな？ハードル上げすぎちゃったみたい。
思い出は思い出のままで、、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店がノスタルジックな昭和の造りのラーメン店です。内装や椅子、テーブルもかなり年季が入ってます！
沢山あるメニューのなかから迷った末、肉味噌ラーメンを注文しました。
カウンターから頭が見えるか見えないか位の小柄なおばあちゃんが作ってくれます。
スープはあっさり目の優しい味。肉は豚バラ、小間あたりがまずまずのボリュームで載っています。
目を見張るような個性はありませんが、地元に愛される安定の味という感じでした。
The shop is a nostalgic Showa-style ramen shop. The interior, chairs and tables are quite old!

The soup has a light and gentle taste. The meat is pork roses, and the booth area is listed in a reasonable volume.
It doesn't have a remarkable personality, but it has a stable taste that is loved by the locals.
