★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は広いです 店内は小上がりに座卓が2つ 各四人席 テーブルは四人用×2 二人用一つ カウンター席も有りました。
味噌ラーメンがお勧めメニューでしたので頂きました。普通の野菜炒め(挽き肉)が乗っている味噌ラーメン 味も昔ながらの味でした。
 The parking lot is large. There are two small tables in the shop, each with a four-seat table. There are two counter seats for four and two for two.
We had miso ramen as a recommended menu. Miso ramen tastes like a traditional taste, served with ordinary vegetable stir-fry (ground meat).

I had dandan noodles, but the spiciness is not strong and I think it is easy for people who are not good at spicy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンがニンニクがきいてメチャうまです。モツ味噌も美味しいですよ。特製南蛮をかけると更に美味しいです。自家製キムチも絶品。一度はお試しを。はまること間違いなし。
Miso ramen is very delicious with garlic. Offal miso is also delicious. It is even more delicious with the special Nanban. Homemade kimchi is also excellent. Try it once. There is no doubt that it will fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大丸の時から、ここの味噌ラーメンのファンです、昔は白菜がもっと大きく量も多く、もっとニンニクが効いてました。新オープン時は苦労した様ですが、今はそれでも大丸の味をほぼ再現していて美味しいです。地元民、温泉に行く観光客等で賑わっています、カウンター、座敷もあるので、１人でも家族連れでも安心です。雫石に行った際にはまた寄ります。
I've been a fan of miso ramen here since Daimaru. In the old days, Chinese cabbage was bigger and more, and garlic was more effective. It seems that it was difficult at the time of the new opening, but now the taste of Daimaru is almost reproduced and it is delicious. It is crowded with locals and tourists going to hot springs, and there are counters and tatami mats, so it is safe for one person or a family. I will stop by again when I go to Shizukuishi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三連休の中日13時過ぎに訪問。店内はそれほど混雑しておりません。カウンターとテーブル席が数席。一番人気の味噌ラーメン750円をオーダー。提供までは少し待ちます。お盆で配膳されますがラーメンと別皿に粉末の唐辛子が・・・。もしや激辛メニューだったのかと少し後悔。辛いのは嫌いでは無いのですが異常に発汗するのでこれはやってしまったかもと思いつつまずはラーメンを味見。うん、味噌のコクと風味もあって旨い。具材はモヤシにキャベツときくらげ、ひき肉とスタンダードな味噌ラーメンのラインナップ。少し食べ進めせっかくだからと唐辛子をちょっとだけ入れてみますが・・・辛くない。寧ろ味噌の風味が際立って来ます。もっと暴力的な辛さを予想していたのですが全くそんな事は無く追加でどんどん足しても口の中が痺れるとかそういう辛さでは無く、味の深みが増していきます。麺を食べ終えた所で思い切って全量投入。それでも辛さが増すと言うより味噌の風味が一層引き立つ感じでかなり進むスープ。流石に汗だくにはなりましたが食べていてツラい辛味とは無縁。なかなか奥深い一杯でした。惜しむらくは卓上調味料にニンニクや酢があれば尚良いと感じました。

I don't hate spicy food, but I sweat abnormally, so I thought I might have done this, but first taste the ramen. Yeah, the richness and flavor of miso is also delicious. The ingredients are bean sprout, cabbage and wood ear, minced meat and standard miso ramen lineup. I'll try adding a little chili pepper because I'm going to eat a little, but it's not spicy. Rather, the flavor of miso stands out. I expected it to be more violent, but that wasn't the case at all, and even if I added more and more, it wouldn't be such a spicy taste, but the depth of the taste would increase. When you finish eating the noodles, take the plunge and put in the whole amount. Even so, the soup is more spicy than it is, and the flavor of miso is even more pronounced. I got sweaty, but it has nothing to do with the spicy taste of eating. It was a very deep cup. Unfortunately, I felt that it would be even better if the tabletop seasonings included garlic and vinegar.
