堀	堀井晶 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田県に旅行で出掛けた時に、情報収集する為、秋田のタウン情報誌で見つけたお店です！！醤油や麹等も売ってて、尚且つお食事も出きるとと書いてましたので、早速ナビでお店へ??? お店は大きくて、お客さんも多く賑わってるお店で来て良かったと思い、早速お昼を食べに奥の方に上がってラーメンだけだと量が少ないと事前に調べたので、ご飯物も一緒に注文！！程よくして注文したのが届きました！ラーメンも味が良く、テーブルにある御味噌とか調整出来るとが備え付けられてるのはまた良い点だと思います！！ご飯物も美味しかったし、食べ終わってから一階で買い物して、店内のソフトクリーム?も美味しかったです！！(^o^)/ また行きたいお店です(^-^)/ This is a shop I found in Akita Town Information Magazine to collect information when I went on a trip to Akita Prefecture! !! コ	コーキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安藤醸造北浦本館にあるラーメン店、土鍋で提供されるラーメンとがっこバーに興味があって行ってみた。お店は2階にあって、お土産エリアを見渡せる粋な造りになっている。土鍋ラーメンは塩味、醤油味、旨辛味噌味と五目ラーメンの4種類、迷う事なく旨辛味噌を注文。本来はがっこバーで漬物を食べれるのだが、コロナのせいで現在休止中、かなり残念で無念だ。さて出て来た土鍋はかなり小さい、足りるかどうかかなり不安。麺は嫁さんが頼んだ醤油味と同じで細い、個人的に味噌味に細麺は合わないと思う派だし、市販の麺の様な見た目と食感で残念だった。ちなみに嫁さんの醤油味のスープを飲んでみたが、たまたまなのか、こっちはこっちで醤油が強過ぎてしょっぱい、出汁が入ってるのか？と言った印象。土鍋と言う事で伸びにくい麺にしたんだろうけども、期待値を上回らなかった。 I was interested in the ramen shop in the Ando Brewery Kitaura Main Building and the ramen and gakko bar offered at the clay pot.
