★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暑かったので、冷たい麺でも食べようかと思い、初入店。スーパーのテナントのお店です。元々麺を中心に食材の製造販売をしている会社の直営店です。
メニューに「自家製冷麺」と有りましたので、冷麺好きとしてはついオーダーを。
麺は、麺屋さんの自家製だけあり、盛岡冷麺を再現した完成度です。プリプリシコシコを味わえます。
スープは良くある市販品に近い味で、それは残念でした。辛味もカクテキではなくキムチで、辛さも選べませんでした。
麺が美味しいので、もう少しスープとトッピングに手を加えれば…と思う一品でした。
名誉回復のため言いますと、ここ林泉堂さんの「秋田比内地鶏ラーメン」は秀逸ですよ*\(^o^)/* スープと麺のハーモニーが味わえます。
だったら、それを頼めよ！という話ですが、冷麺好きとしては頼まない訳にはいきませんでした（笑）

The soup tasted like most commercial products, which was disappointing. The spiciness was kimchi instead of squeaky, and I could not choose the spiciness.
The noodles are delicious, so it was a dish that I thought if I modified the soup and toppings a little more.
To restore honor, Hayashizumido's "Akita Hinai chicken ramen" is excellent *\(^o^)/* You can enjoy the harmony of soup and noodles.
Then ask for it! But as a lover of cold noodles, I could not ask for it (laughs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回と同じく、チャーシュー麺の大盛り（780円）を頂きました。普通に注文すると麺が柔らか過ぎだった為、今回は麺硬めにとお願いしました。前回、味はイマイチ（麺が伸びてしまっている）とコメントしましたが、麺の硬さを変えるだけで、味が数段アップしたと思います。細縮れ麺なので麺は伸びやすく、その反面スープが物凄く絡む為、個人的には、もっと硬めでもいいと思います。次回はもっと硬めで、注文します。今回は美味しかったですよ。
