★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まとめて頼めと言われたからそうしたのに、何故かうちのテーブルだけ暖かいものまで一気に配膳された。
暖かいものは暖かいままゆっくり食事を楽しみたいのに、どんどん冷めて固くなっていく料理にがっかり。
料理は人数に合わせて多少店側で量を調節するとの事を最初に言われたが、どの料理を調節するなどの確認や説明は一切無く、レシートを確認すると大人2人に子供1人でほとんどの料理が勝手に1.5倍にされていた。
元々の量が分からないし、調節の表現が曖昧すぎる。

アットホームな感じのカジュアルなレストラン。豚だけでなく、魚も美味。
落ち着いた店内に、常連さんが多いんだろうなという雰囲気。
間取り・雰囲気・メニューを鑑みるに、20代後半~40代の男女が2人で利用する、といった使い方がメインと想定される。奥側にも席があるようなので詳細は不明だが、あまりキャピキャピした女子会、子連れのファミリーといった用途には不向きな印象。
愛想の良い女将さん?と、愛想はないが無愛想ではない、寡黙な職人っぽくて好感の持てるキッチンにお二人、計3人で回しておられた。
豚レバーやガツ、ハツ、小袋などのホルモン系がうまい。前菜が500円以下で置いてあるのが嬉しい。なんでも品川の食肉工場直送だそう。
メイン料理は2,000円前後。大人2人でシェアするにはちょうど良いサイズ。
今回はお酒は控えめで結構食べて1万円弱。思い出せる限り、ワイン2合、前菜×4、メイン×1、パスタ×1を頼んだと記憶する。味や雰囲気を考えればコスパ良いと思う。
基本はどれも当たりで美味しいので、再訪したい。今回はメインに蝦夷鹿を頂いたので、次回は豚肉かなぁ。
基本満足だけど、常連さんにはコックさんがわざわざキッチンから出てきてお見送り、というのが気になったので-★1つとしたい。
他にも気になる料理が結構あるので、もう何回か行って美味しかったら評価さらに上げてしまうかもしれない…そんな底力や魅力を感じるお店。

A friendly landlady? Two people, a total of three people, were in the kitchen, which was unfriendly but not unfriendly, like a quiet craftsman and had a good feeling.
Hormonal systems such as pork liver, gatsu, hearts, and sachets are good. I'm glad that the appetizer is available for less than 500 yen. Everything seems to be sent directly from the meat factory in Shinagawa.
The main dish is around 2,000 yen. Just the right size to share with two adults.
This time, I ate a modest amount of alcohol and it cost less than 10,000 yen. As far as I can remember, I remember ordering 2 wines, 4 appetizers, 1 main, and 1 pasta. Considering the taste and atmosphere, I think the cost performance is good.
The basics are all good and delicious, so I would like to revisit them. This time I got Yezo deer as the main dish, so next time I think it's pork.
I'm basically satisfied, but I was worried that the cook would come out of the kitchen and see him off, so I'd like to make one.
There are quite a few other dishes that I'm interested in, so if you go there a few times and it's delicious, you might get a higher rating ... A restaurant that feels that strength and charm.

It was already full with reservations at 5:30 pm on the 30th of 2021. The taste is the best. Service divine work. The atmosphere is bright and wonderful. Convinced that reservation is required. Everyone is a repeater!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長谷川自然牧場の自然熟成豚が食べられる都内でも数少ないお店の一つと聞いて再訪問。
ワインが片口での提供や、内臓を使ったお料理のレパートリー。
また、洋風の蟹味噌茶碗蒸しは人生で初めて食べましたが感動的な美味しさでしたし、牡蠣のフリットも季節ものかと思いますが、絶対食べた方が良いですよ!
長谷川さんの自然熟成豚は旨味がパンパンに詰まってて「俺今肉食べてる!」と感じられる満足感でした♩おススメです!
I heard that it is one of the few shops in Tokyo where you can eat naturally aged pigs from Hasegawa Nature Farm and revisited.

Mr. Hasegawa's naturally aged pork was so satisfying that the taste was packed in bread and I felt like "I'm eating meat now!" ♩ I recommend it!
