値段はまあまあだけどそれなりに良い。
個人的には店内のテレビで取材時の映像を流すのは微妙かな。
移転するみたいです！
接客などはバッチリ！

The price is ok but it's reasonably good.

ハンバーグとステーキのコンビネーションを頂きました。
ハンバーグは黒毛和牛メス牛100%のものでした。
新メニューで、ランチでも焼き肉が楽しめるコースができたということです。

I had a combination of hamburger and steak.
The hamburger was 100% Japanese black beef female beef.
With the new menu, we have created a course where you can enjoy yakiniku even at lunch.

注文は一番人気の黒毛和牛のハンバーグ。
注文すると厨房からペタペタとハンバーグを成型する音が聞こえてきます。
ハンバーグはかなりレアな状態で提供され、目の前で店員さんが半分にカットし切り口を鉄板に押し付けます。
あとは自分の好みまで火をいれて食べるシステム。
半分だけ淡路島のタマネギを使ったオリジナルソースを掛け、残りは塩胡椒を掛けるのを勧められました。
タマネギのソースも旨いけど、塩胡椒は肉の旨味を感じられて、あぁ、肉を食べてる！と感じさせられます。
生肉が大好きなので次はユッケ丼を食べに来たい。

The onion sauce is delicious, but the salt and pepper tastes like meat, so I'm eating meat! It makes me feel.
I love raw meat so I want to come to eat Yukhoe bowl next time.
