★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm, sunny beautiful place. Ideal to eat a bentō. Sometimes, being hidden from the view, you even can see some love-struck teenagers making out… in Japan !! O_o

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Christmas illumination of the riverside looks far better in pictures than it did in person, I would suggest visiting other light installations if you had others in mind. This is a going to be more of an intentional visit without being in proximity to other possible attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of those nice little surprises that jump out at you unexpectedly. A small, peaceful park next to the river with some bench seating available.
There is also a small cafe, bistro, wine bar that's open on a schedule I have yet to determine. But, when the weather is nice, it's a pleasant people watching spot.

the lights were all pink to represent sakura, cus it's also a popular spot to enjoy cherry blossoms in spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient open “green” area (lawn is fake”, to enjoy a picnic or just sitting. Toilets and baby toilet are available. It’s a bit dirty since is an artificial lawn
