★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪い意味で驚く。
チェーン店なのにどうして他の店より美味しくないのか。お米が硬くて芯が残ってるし、卵に火が入り過ぎて硬い、ソースがぬるくてモッツァレラチーズが溶けてない。全体的に満遍なく美味しくない、びっくり。
そして汚い。飲食店なのに埃が積もってるとか信じられない、掃除して。
他のポムの樹のつもりで行って失敗しました、残念。
 Surprised in a bad way.
Why isn't it tastier than other stores even though it's a chain store? The rice is hard and the core remains, the egg is overcooked and hard, the sauce is lukewarm and the mozzarella cheese is not melted. I was surprised that it wasn't evenly delicious overall.
And dirty. It's a restaurant, but I can't believe it's dusty, clean it.
I went with the intention of another pomme tree and failed, sorry.

他のかたの口コミをみてからいったので待たされるかと思いましたが料理提供までスムーズで丁寧な対応で好感がもてました。
食事が終わった席の清掃も床まで拭いていてすごいなと感心、安心して食事ができるお店でした。
I used it with my child at noon on weekdays.
After seeing the reviews of other people, I thought I would have to wait, but I was impressed by the smooth and polite response to the food service.
I was impressed that the cleaning of the seats after the meal was wiped down to the floor, and I was impressed that it was a restaurant where I could eat with peace of mind.

サービスに味噌汁をつけてくださったり、注文してすぐ運ばれてきて待ち時間はほぼ無かったです。
少し小腹が空いた頃だったので1番小さいサイズにしましたがちょうどよくてオムライスもとても美味しかったです。
ランチは17時までやっていますし、店員さんもとても丁寧でした。
The order was a touch panel type.
They added miso soup to the service, and they were delivered immediately after ordering, so there was almost no waiting time.
I was a little hungry, so I made it the smallest size, but it was just right and the omelet rice was very delicious.
Lunch is open until 17:00 and the clerk was very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. But you have to wait for a long time for your food to be serve. Maybe they don’t have many staffs? I don’t know. Not a good idea to come if you’re hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omurice chain that has a wide selection of fillings, sauces, and styles. My favourite has to be the doria style that's baked with cheese and eggy goodness. The Saitama store has the doria but some of them don't because they lack an oven apparently. That's a little disappointing in that regard but lovely nonetheless!
