客層は年配の方が多いです。
季節折詰 なつを購入しました。
税抜1300円であるが、18時ぐらいに訪れると200円引きでした。
保冷剤を入れてもらい、お弁当は夜の11時まで保つと言われました。
季節折詰 なつは二段重であり、壱の重には惣菜が詰められています。
サーモントラウト味噌漬焼、一口にしん昆布巻、帆立風味フライ、山芋梅しそ巻揚、玉子焼、豆の胡麻和え、パプリカ揚、はす酢漬、里芋・人参・牛蒡・おくら・春雨入り巾着の江戸うま煮、和菓子などです。
江戸うま煮は、甘い味つけがされていて、里芋、人参、牛蒡、おくらなどの野菜は大きく切られていて、野菜の味わいを楽しむことができます。
春雨入り巾着も美味しいです。
山芋梅しそ巻揚は、シャキシャキとした食感と梅の酸味が効いています。
帆立風味フライは、食べ応えがあり風味が良いです。
玉子焼きはほんのりと甘みがあり、出汁が効いています。
サーモントラウト味噌漬焼は味噌の風味がよく、豆の胡麻和えは、胡麻のオイリーな風味がします。
はす酢漬はシャキシャキとして、一口にしん昆布巻は甘みが効いて昆布の風味が良いです。
和菓子は桃の風味がして甘みが効いています。
弐の重のご飯は酢飯です。
上にいくら醤油漬け、カニフレーク、錦糸玉子、せり漬がのせられています。
せり漬けはシャキシャキとして、いくら醤油漬けの塩梅がよく、酢飯は酢がきつくなくさっぱりとしています。
美味しかったです。
