同様、お店の人が焼いてくれます。
違うのは目の前で焼くか、焼いたお好み焼きを持ってくるのか、の違いでここは後者です。
目の前で焼いてくれるエンターテイメント性とカリカリに焼けたかつお節が結構好きなので、それがないのは残念です。
味は美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶴橋風月が大好きで大阪に行くと必ず寄ります。埼玉でそれが食べられるのが夢のよう。もちチーズとん平とソース焼きそばは鉄板。ソースが本当に美味しい。
ただ、ひとつ残念なのは、この店舗は厨房ですべて仕上げてから席に運ばれてくるシステムなので、温度が若干ぬるい。もったいない！ソースのジューッという音を聴いて鰹節が揺れている出来立て熱々の風月が食べたい！なので、星マイナス１。
I love Tsuruhashi Fugetsu and I always stop by when I go to Osaka. It's like a dream to be able to eat it in Saitama. Mochi cheese tonpeiyaki and sauce yakisoba are on an iron plate. The sauce is really delicious.
However, one unfortunate thing is that the temperature is a little lukewarm because this store is a system where everything is finished in the kitchen and then brought to the seat. too good to waste! I want to eat the freshly hot Fugetsu with the bonito flakes swaying while listening to the sizzling sound of the sauce! So, the star minus one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学生で夜一人で訪れたが、(予約していた)ベビーカー連れの家族がスッと入っていってびっくりした。スタッフの説明が無かったので無視されたと思ったが、後の店長さんの説明で納得した。それでも、なかなか案内してもらえないし、お冷も料理の半分食べ終えたところで、いかがですか、と初めて聞かれた。
スタッフが全体に気を配れているとは言えないが、店長のTさんはしっかり教育しようとしてるし、人柄が良いので雰囲気は◎

I thought it was ignored because there was no explanation from the staff, but I was convinced by the explanation from the store manager later. I can't say that the staff is paying attention to the whole thing, but the store manager, Mr. T, is trying to educate him well, and his personality is good, so the atmosphere is ◎.

何を食べようかメニューを見て悩んでいました。
別メニューにファミリーセットなるもの発見。
内容は牛すじねぎ月見玉、チーたまぶたモダン、焼きそば、とんぺい焼き、ソーセージ、塩キャベツ。
これで税込5210円。
みんな満腹になりました。
ソーセージの写真撮るの忘れました。

この店舗では焼き上がりを客席に持ってきてくれるので、『風月』の味で食べれます。
お好み焼きは厚みがありキャベツの食感が楽しめるサクフワで、相変わらずの美味しさ！
焼そばはモチモチの太麺で食べ応えアリ！
お好み焼きと食べるなら塩焼きそばがオススメです。
お好み焼きも焼そばも他店よりボリュームがあるので、数人で食べる時はシェアして食べる方が良いと思います。
お好み焼きは出来ればそばを乗せた『モダン焼き』がオススメですが、さらにボリュームが出るので注文の際はご注意を♪
テイクアウトの容器は手で曲がらないくらいのしっかりした作りなので、持ち帰りの際も安心できます。
コロナ禍もありテイクアウトもしょうがないですが、是非実店舗で食して欲しいです!!

Okonomiyaki is thick and crispy, and you can enjoy the texture of cabbage. It's still delicious!
Yakisoba is a chewy thick noodle that you can eat!
If you want to eat okonomiyaki, we recommend salted yakisoba.
Okonomiyaki and yakisoba are more voluminous than other restaurants, so I think it's better to share them when eating with a few people.
If possible, we recommend "modern-yaki" with soba on top of okonomiyaki, but be careful when ordering as it will add more volume.
The take-out container is so solid that it won't bend by hand, so you can rest assured when you take it home.
There is a corona bruise and takeout is unavoidable, but I definitely want you to eat it at the actual store !!

他の店舗に比べて並んでる列がなかったのですぐに入れました。
店内にはお一人で来ている方が多々いらっしゃいました。
焼きそばはイカが効いていて美味しく、お好み焼きもフワフワで美味しかったです。
店員の方々の対応がよく、子供たちにも優しく誘導・鉄板の注意をしてくれました。
