★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中年女性スタッフの感じが悪すぎて驚きました。池袋西武の丁寧で素晴らしい接客とは真逆で不愉快だったので購入は結構ですとお断りしました。朝使いに便利で長年使い続けてきましたが、他のブランドに変えました。
I was surprised that the middle-aged female staff felt too bad. I refused to purchase it because it was the opposite of Seibu Ikebukuro's polite and wonderful customer service and it was unpleasant. It's convenient for morning use and I've been using it for many years, but I changed it to another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしても化粧水と乳液が欲しかったので購入しましたが、対応してくださった若い女性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。挨拶もなければ笑顔もない何が良いか相談してもそっけない態度で適当な感じで説明し出して何にも頭に入ってきませんでした。星一を付けるのすら惜しいぐらい。もう一生行きません
I bought it because I really wanted lotion and milky lotion, but the response of the young female staff who responded was the worst. There was no greeting and no smile.
