1時間かかるかもしれない、更にプレミアム会員の方が優先だから（後回しにされるらしい）もっと時間かかるかもしれないと言われ、じゃあ、向かいのハードオフ見てていいかと言うと、いいけど、呼んだ時いなかったらまた順番が最初からになるという…二度と来たくないなと思った。
修理品預かるだけでいいんだけど…トイレ行ってたりくっちゃべってる店員いるんだけど、なんでそんなに時間かかるんだよ！時間かかっても順番きたら電話します、ぐらいいいだろうよ！

結局Appleのホームページから修理依頼をした。もっとプロフェッショナルな店だと思っていた。もう行かない。

返答なく、こちらか連絡するとさらに2週間かかると。
即刻返品依頼するも1週間かかると。こちらから連絡しないと対応しないし、謝罪もない。顧客対応やレスポンスなってないね。
