OSのシステムエラー？が原因だったようでOSのクリーンインストールを頂き、データもそのままの状態でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 故障したSSDのデータをサルベージして頂きたく持ち込みましたが、普通に難しいという事で見積もり代6600円の請求をされて終わりでした。
経営者の端くれなので、まずは必ず成約させる事が重要な事や無料見積もりでは採算が取れない事は理解出来ますが、予約段階で事細かに状況を説明していたにも関わらず期待を持たせるような発言をしてまで成約させたり、出張費もなく実質的に小一時間の確認作業のみで6600円という金額を請求するスタイルには問題があるように思えます。
こちらの会社には不信感を覚えましたが、スタッフの方の対応自体は良かったので星2とします。

I was distrustful of this company, but the staff's response was good, so I gave it a star of 2.
