本当はローズが食べたかったんだけど、
11月で終了していました。
上部は 厚めのキャラメリゼで、パリパリというよりもザクザク。
パウンドケーキは非常にしっとり。
ケーキの中にはクレームブリュレが入っていて 、ザクトロしっとり食感。
横浜元町のケーキ屋さん。
銀座sixにも出店しています。

I bought Franboise limited to Ginza Six because it was a big deal, but it was too sour than I expected (Pavlov's sweet image) and half was the limit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花びらやベリーがキラキラと可愛いいです。ちいさいのですが満足感があってこれぞお菓子っていう感じで楽しいです。いくつか選んで箱に入れてもらうとこんな感じ。プレゼントして箱を開けた時もテンションあがるとおもいます。
The petals and berries are glittering and cute. It's small, but it's satisfying and it's fun because it's like sweets. It looks like this when you select some and put them in the box. I think that the tension will rise when you open the box as a gift.

フルーツの乗ったケーキを購入したいと思い入店
店舗は元町(横浜)をはじめ、虎ノ門、六本木にもあるようだ。ここの店舗ではイートインはないのでテイクアウトのみ。
季節を感じるケーキが多々あります。
クリスマスの時期ですのでクリスマスケーキもありました。
小さいながらも食べ応えのあるケーキで下のパウンドケーキの味を潰さない程よいフルーツが特徴です。
今回は紅玉りんごとベリーベリーを頂きました。
1人1つでは小さいと思うかもしれませんがパウンドケーキの味をしっかりと味わいたい時にはこのサイズがベストです。紅茶やフルーティーなコーヒーに合います。
