五	五十嵐淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのレーズンブレッド。フワっとした口当たりの優しい食感。生地自体に仄かな甘みがあり、バランス良くちりばめられたレーズンと見事に調和しています。今まで色々なパンを食べてきたつもりですが、こんなに繊細かつ丁寧な味わいのものを戴いた事はありませんでした。さすがHOTEL made！因みに、2020年11月17日時点で地下にあるパティスリーは閉鎖されていますが、地上３階にあるレストラン「ORIGAMI」にてパンもケーキも購入する事ができます。接客もHOTELのサービス並み（そりゃそうだ）なので、一分の隙もなく、非常に洗練されています。素晴らしい！！ This raisin bread. 5	5 mmaann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日枝神社から帰ろうと、たまたま見かけたお店。お土産あるかな？と思い、高そうな雰囲気だったので見るだけになるかもと思いつつ、購入したのは塩バターフランス。一つ600円とお高めですが、見た目がクロワッサンのような生地で、バターと岩塩を使ってるという説明文から確からしさを感じました。食べて見ると、想像以上の美味しさ！そして、もっちりした食感が絶妙。高いだけあります。ほかには、TWGの紅茶や、美しいケーキ、気になったけど買わなかった島根県産のお菓子やジャムが陳列されていました。写真は三分の一ほど食べてしまってます。 I happened to see this shop when I returned from Hie Shrine.
