カ	カクレクマノミ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応が悪いコロナ禍で中々会えない家族への手土産でケーキの購入しようと思い帰り際、東京駅構内エキュート店にてケーキの購入をしました。そこでレジ打ちをしてきた“ワタナベ”というスタッフに睨まれたあげく逆ギレ口調で対応され腹がたちました。ことの経緯は、ケーキ選んだ後のお会計の際｢スプーンをつけて欲しい｣と何度も言いましたが、マスク越しで聞こえないのか｢フォークとナイフですね！｣とキレ気味で何度も言われました。何度伝えてもわからない人、話が通じない頭の悪い人に何を言っても無駄な時間ですし新幹線の時間も近づいていたので｢もういいです｣と言いました。そしたら、睨まれ不貞腐れた態度を取られた挙句クレジット払いでもないのに｢お支払いは一括ですか？！｣と大きな声で言われ｢違う｣と言っているにも関わらず何度も繰り返し聞かれ腹が立ちました。全くこっちの話を聞こうとしない態度や思い込みでの発言、接客業なのだから、お客様の声や何を言われたのかわからない場合は聞き返し、聞こえなかったのであれば｢申し訳ございませんがもう一度お願いします｣という一言があってもおかしくはないと思いますが.......？いくら忙しくてもそのぐらいの心遣いは必要だと思いますが、スタッフの教育がなってない最低な店ですね。残念ですケーキは食べる気も起きませんでした。家族は微妙だ、タルトならキルフェボンの方が美味しいと言ってました。 Poor staff response When I was thinking of buying a cake as a souvenir for my family who couldn't meet because of the corona, I bought a cake at the ecute shop in Tokyo Station.
