★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 砂丘上の高台にある公園。住宅地の真ん中にあり、目立ちませんが、公園自体は多少、古くなっていますが、かなり洒落た造りです。特に展望台からの眺めは、新潟市街を３６０度、見渡す事ができまさに壮観、格別と言ったとこです。新潟市の、隠れた穴場スポットと言っても、差し支えないですね✨?️。
A park on a hill above the dunes. It's in the middle of a residential area and it's not noticeable, but the park itself is a bit old, but it's pretty fashionable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊具は1つしかないのであまり楽しめる感じではなかったけど、少し離れた所にサッカーやバトミントンなど出来る開けた場所でやってる人がいました。
隣の展望台？のような建物に階段で屋上まで登れるようになってて、見晴らしが良かったです。
I didn't really enjoy it because there was only one playset, but there were people playing soccer and badminton in an open place at a distance.
The observatory next door? It was possible to climb up to the rooftop of a building like this with stairs, and the view was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約12ｍの外側に螺旋階段が付いた展望台があり、犇めき合う住宅に、白煙を吐く煙突と工場群がいかにも東新潟です。
晴れていれば日本海や飯豊連峰もきれいに望めるそうです。
また、戦時には高射砲が設置され、B29に砲撃し1機を撃墜したそうです。
駐車場は無かったので、タクシーかバスでどうぞ。
There is an observatory with a spiral staircase on the outside of about 12m, and the chimneys that emit white smoke and the factories are in Higashi-Niigata.
If it is sunny, you can see the Sea of Japan and the Iide Mountains beautifully.
Also, during the war, an anti-aircraft gun was installed, and it was said that the B29 was bombarded and one was shot down.
There was no parking lot, so please take a taxi or a bus.
