暁	暁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老、蟹、帆立のエキスを凝縮させたという海の味噌そばを注文。スープを一口飲むと魚介感は微かに感じられる程度。麺の上にはチャーシューの細切れ使用したもやし炒めが乗っていて、これを混ぜると完全に魚介感は0で街中華の味噌ラーメンと変わらない。完全に名前負けで魚介を求めるならこの商品は大ハズレ。平日のアイドルタイムで店内ガラガラなのに、後から来た客をわざわざ私の両隣に案内した。コロナ渦で店内には黙食のポップが大量に貼ってあるのに、自分が配膳しやすいって理由で客を密着させるバイトの対応もあいまって非常に残念な食事となった。 I ordered sea miso soba, which is a condensed extract of shrimp, crab, and scallops. に	にゃリ太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武野田線の大和田駅から歩いて10分くらい、マルエツとスタバの間に位置する場所なので徒歩でも行けますが広い駐車場があるから自動車を利用した方が良いと思います。この店は並びますので時間を15時ごろにずらすと並びが落ち着くから早めに案内してくれます。店の外見は年季がありそれなりにくたびれてますが、店の中は小綺麗で店員さんの手際も良くこの店は良い雰囲気だとわかります。今回注文したのが特製中華そば大盛り1200円、さいたま市郊外である大和田エリアのロケーションで1200円のラーメンは高いように思えますが、実際に食べてみると美味い!馬鹿舌な私でも美味いと感じます。味玉とチャーシューも美味しい、麺と出汁のバランスが取れてる、出汁が多分魚介系の鰹節みたいのをかるく一炙りしたような何とも言えず醤油系のアッサリしてるけど深みもあります。 It's about a 10-minute walk from Owada Station on the Tobu Noda Line, and it's located between Maruetsu and Starbucks, so you can walk there, but I think it's better to use a car because there is a large parking lot. B	B Ren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚介系ラーメンと鶏ダシラーメンと味噌ラーメンがあった。夕方いったら節電？看板も、店内も暗くメニューは良く見えない… 券売機のメニューでさえ特製ラーメンと書いてありいったい何が特製なのか上の3タイプを把握していないと何がなんだか暗くてわからない… とりあえず特製中華と餃子。特製中華とは魚介系だった。券売機の左側の黒板に書いてあるが相変わらず暗い… 味も普通の魚介系。餃子は皮の厚さがあり、アンは少なめ… 結局、いったいお店は何がオススメなのか？良くわからない… ラーメンを食べる頻度の低い人にはこれで良いのだろう… 不味くは無い。が、わざわざ来て食べるか？又食べたくなる味か？個人的には一蘭やオランダ軒より美味しい。が、いつき亭や御成屋みたいに又行きたいとは思えない。と、言う事で私は大和田で美味しいラーメンが食べたくなったらコトホギに行く。駐車場は無いが駐車料金を払っても螢より安くて美味しいラーメンが食べられるから。 With seafood ramen With chicken dashi ramen There was miso ramen.
