★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟ラーメンうまー、きっとご当地はもっと美味しんだろうなー。おすすめは背脂系の太麺でしょ。個人的に、普通麺はいまひとつでした。背脂ラーメンは、八王子ラーメンを思い出させるような味でした。ちょい濃い醤油味、玉ねぎ、薄切りチャーシューはまさにかなwそこに山盛り海苔が濃口醤油と合わさっていい味出してます。ごちそうさま?でした。
 Niigata Ramen Uma, I'm sure the area is more delicious. I recommend the thick backfat noodles. Personally, ordinary noodles were not good enough. The backfat ramen had a taste reminiscent of Hachioji ramen. The slightly strong soy sauce flavor, onions, and thinly sliced char siu are just right. It was a feast ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東大宮駅近くの第二産業道路沿いにある新潟長岡らーめんのお店。以前から気になっていて初めて入りました。駐車場は店舗前にあります。交差点の近くなので少々駐めづらいかも。店舗入口の風除室に券売機が設置されています。特製生姜醤油らーめんにそそられましたが、初めてということもありシンプルな方（生姜醤油らーめん700円）を注文しました。食券を渡し待つこと５分くらいでらーめんが出てきました。先ずはそのままスープを一口。色の濃いスープは味がしっかりしているものの、見た目の印象よりまろやかな感じ。きりりとした醤油と生姜の風味が絶妙で、とても美味しかったです。また行きたいと思います
Niigata Nagaoka Ramen shop along the Daini Sangyo Road near Higashiomiya Station. I've been interested in it for a long time and entered it for the first time. The parking lot is in front of the store. It may be a little difficult to park because it is near the intersection. A ticket vending machine is installed in the windbreak room at the entrance of the store. I was intrigued by the special ginger soy sauce ramen, but since it was my first time, I ordered a simpler one (ginger soy sauce ramen 700 yen). Ramen came out in about 5 minutes after handing over the meal ticket and waiting. First, take a bite of soup as it is. The dark soup has a strong taste, but it feels more mellow than it looks. The crisp soy sauce and ginger flavors were exquisite and very delicious. I think I want to go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の途中でランチとなり初めての入店です。以前より生姜醤油ラーメンを食べて見たかったので先ずは基本の生姜醤油ラーメンを注文しました。
配膳されてチャーシュー、ナルト、ほうれん草、メンマ、海苔。
これで税込700円はお得と思いました。スープをひと口、生姜の香りはそれ程強くありません。個人的にはもっと生姜が強くても良いと思いました。美味しかったです。
次回は特製生姜醤油ラーメン980円を食べようと思います。
It was my first time to enter the store for lunch in the middle of work. I've always wanted to eat ginger soy sauce ramen, so I ordered the basic ginger soy sauce ramen first.
Served with char siu, naruto, spinach, menma, nori seaweed.
I thought that 700 yen including tax was a good deal. A bite of soup, the aroma of ginger is not so strong. Personally, I thought it would be okay if the ginger was stronger. It was delicious.
Next time, I will eat a special ginger soy sauce ramen for 980 yen.

生姜が強すぎず、でも存在感があり背脂とのバランスが凄く良かった。太麺と細麺が選べましたよ。
1番驚いたのはチャーシューと
メンマの量が多くて大満足。海苔のアクセントも効いてました。
I had backfat soy sauce char siu noodles.
The ginger wasn't too strong, but it had a strong presence and the balance with the backfat was very good. You can choose between thick noodles and thin noodles.
What surprised me most was the char siu
I am very satisfied with the large amount of Menma. The seaweed accent was also effective.

結構濃厚で焼肉のタレ風味のスープでした。焼豚は柔らかくて美味しかったです。

新潟長岡ラーメンということで、本命の燕三条系を注文。
一口目、生姜を強く感じ、これ苦手なやつかもと思いましたが、荒切りの玉ねぎと溶かした海苔が中和して程よい感じになりました。
さらにトッピングのネギでダメ押し、好みの味に。
卓上ににんにくがあると、ぶっこみたくなるタイプですが、入れず間食しました。
刺激がありつつも、程よくなかなかいいラーメンだなと思います。
亀戸のらーめん潤を思い出す味わいでした。

As it is Niigata Nagaoka ramen, I ordered the favorite Tsubame-Sanjo system.
At the first bite, I strongly felt ginger, and I thought that I was not good at this, but the rough-cut onions and the melted seaweed were neutralized and it became a moderate feeling.
In addition, use the toppings of green onions to make it taste your favorite.
If you have garlic on the table, you'll want to squeeze it in, but I didn't put it in and had a snack.
I think it's a good ramen, although it's stimulating.
It was a taste that reminded me of Ramen Jun from Kameido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製ラーメンは濃いめの醤油味で少ししょっぱい。チャーシューがかなり多く入っていて、柔らかくて美味しいです。麺も普通盛りで、他店より多くて食べ応えあります。
料金は安めの設定となっており、コスパは良いです。味は好みなので、好きな人にはハマると思います。
駐車場は道路が混むところにあり、満車の時は待機場所に困ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生姜醤油ラーメン 700円の大盛100円をいただきました。生姜がきいていてとても美味しいです。ただし大盛は量が多くて最後は油が辛くなって来ました。券売機で食券を買って席に着いてから渡します。水はテーブルにあるので自分で入れます。カウンター席とテーブル席が有ります。感染対策はしっかりとしています。駐車場はお店の左右に有ります。灰皿はお店の入口に有ります。お昼は駐車場がいっぱいになります。
