★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工事の土砂を使っているのか、無骨なコンクリートの丘があり、それを登っていくと湖や周辺が見渡せる。上にはベンチとテーブル以外何もなく、案内もないが、逆にそのおかげで人も少なく、まあまあいい景色が楽しめる
期待をしていくようなところではないがPAで休憩ついでに散歩するには良いかと思います
There is a silly concrete hill whether it is using the earth and sand of the construction, and if it climbs it, the lake and the outskirts can be overlooked. There is nothing other than benches and tables on the top, and there is no guidance, but conversely, thanks to that, there are few people, and you can enjoy so-so good scenery
It is not a place like going to expect, but I think that it is good to take a break at PA while taking a break

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眺望はとても良いです。意外と歩く距離がありますが、上まで車椅子でも登れる傾斜になっています。展望台脇には、当初サービスエリアになる予定であった、広大な空き地があります。
The view is very good. There is a surprising walking distance, but the slope is such that you can climb up to the top with a wheelchair. Beside the observatory, there is a vast vacant lot that was originally planned to be a service area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレしかありませんが、運転疲れに身体を解すのにピッタリの高台展望場が有ります♪︎高滝湖が見渡せて胸一杯に良い空気を吸い込んでリフレッシュ出来ます。
There is only a toilet, but there is a hill observatory that is perfect for relaxing your body after driving tiredness ♪ ︎ You can overlook Lake Takataki and breathe in good air to your heart's content to refresh yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見晴らしは最高だが、そこに行くまでが少し大変。
雨風は防ぎようがない展望台で、ベンチテーブル以外は何もないのは残念。
一般道からでも行ける道を開通させ、土日だけでもいいからお店を出してくれれば、利用客が出てくるのではと思う。

I didn't know it was in the highway parking area. The scenery is ok, but it's a place where there are no vending machines for juice, so the rating is 2 stars.

サービスエリアはトイレ以外、自販機も何もない。
でも、そこそこ歩いて上がるだーれもいない展望台は、高滝湖が見え、景色がすごく良い訳ではなけどなんかいいなあ。
上にはイスとテーブルが2セットだけあります。
Something good.
There are no vending machines in the service area other than the toilet.
However, I can see Lake Takataki from the observatory where there is nobody walking up so much, and the scenery is not very good, but it's nice.
There are only two sets of chairs and tables on the top.
