★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレ以外なにもないです。自販機もゴミ箱も無い。
でも、見晴台が有り、景色はそこそこ楽しめます。
 There is nothing but a toilet. There are no vending machines or trash cans.
However, there is a viewing platform and you can enjoy the scenery so much.

快適です?
高滝湖のパーキングにはsmoking areaや
展望台は敷地内にありますが
何故か自販機は一台もパーキングに
設置されていません。
何故？ (ﾟωﾟ)？
駐車場に止めている車の数はけして
少なくないのに。
人の数もそれなりにいます。
(平日は流石にガラガラだろうけど)
折角パーキングに入ったとしても
ドリンク類が購入出来ないとなると
精神的に結構キツイもの。
快適なドライブと休息のため是非とも
自販機の設置を願いたいですね?♀️

The number of people is also reasonable.
(Although it will be rattling on weekdays)
Even if you enter the parking lot
If you can't buy drinks
It's pretty tough mentally.
By all means for a comfortable drive and rest
I would like to request the installation of a vending machine ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店も無く自動販売機すら無くトイレしか無い。高滝湖展望台から見る景色が意外と非常に良い。上にはちょっとした運動になる。内回りも外回りも同じ施設を利用する。
There are no shops, no vending machines, only toilets. The view from the Takatakiko Observatory is surprisingly very good. It will be a little exercise on the top. Use the same facility for both the inner and outer loops.

本来はもう少し大きくなるつもりだった様ですが建設途中の様子を確認する事ができます。
小高い展望台が有りますが景色は良いです。
圏央道の末端部なので人も少なくて利用しやすい。
It is a PA with only a toilet and a parking lot.
It seems that it was originally intended to be a little bigger, but you can check the state during construction.
There is a small observatory, but the scenery is good.
Since it is the end of the Ken-O Expressway, there are few people and it is easy to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレしかななく自販機すらありません。高滝湖を望む景色はいいですが、より眺めが良い場所を目指すには殺風景な人工の山をかなりの距離歩いて登らなければならず、結構大変です。
There is only a toilet and no vending machine. The view of Lake Takataki is nice, but it is quite difficult to climb a murky artificial mountain for a considerable distance in order to aim for a place with a better view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九十九里浜方面に行く途中で立ち寄りました。トイレ、喫煙スペース、自動販売機とパーキングエリアとしての設備は一通り揃っています。トイレは清潔感があり気持ちよく利用できます。パーキングエリア内には展望台があり上まで登ると高滝湖を一望する事ができます。
I stopped by on the way to Kujukuri Beach. Toilets, a smoking area, a vending machine and a parking area are available. The toilet is clean and comfortable to use. There is an observatory in the parking area, and you can overlook Lake Takataki by climbing to the top.
