D	Don Gri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【初訪問しました?】 12時過ぎにお店に着くとほぼ満席。人気が高いのが伺えます。店員さんはしっかり来店の順番で注文をとってくれましたよ??看板メニューである黄金の塩ラーメン（ラーパスで味玉TP）を注文しました?隣の方の鉄板餃子も美味しそうでしたがここはガマン...? しばらく待って着丼。これは黄金を謳っても差し支えないキレイな色のスープですね❗鶏油が光っています✨鶏の旨味がよーく出たスープです❗私はとても好みでした。鶏の風味が強かったので、魚介は入っていないor貝類のダシを重ねているのでしょうか❓麺はパツパツ気味の細麺ストレート。うまい?具材のネギや水菜も合います。レモンも影の主役で、スープにわずかな苦みと酸味が加わり、味に複雑さを与え風味を爽やかにしてくれます。チャーシューは超ホロホロで脂身が少ないのにジューシー?（でもチャーシュー麺1400～1500円は無理...???）ちょっと惜しいかなと感じたのがメンマと味玉の甘さで、もう少し甘味を控えた方がスープに合うかなと感じました。全体的にはとても美味しかったです❗ごちそう様でした?✨ [I visited for the first time] When you arrive at the store after 12:00, it is almost full.
