麺の固さを選べるとの事なので固めにしました。
味は濃いめですので濃い味が好きな方は良いかと?
チャーシューはとろっとしていて崩れやすいですが美味しいです！
煮卵はもうちょっと黄身がとろっとした食感の方が個人的には好みでした。
店主含め笑顔や明るさが少なめなのが接客の点では気になりましたが、全体的には悪くは無いです。

I heard that you can choose the hardness of the noodles, so I made it hard.
The taste is strong, so if you like the strong taste, I wonder if it's better ?
The char siu is thick and easy to crumble, but it is delicious!
I personally liked the texture of the boiled egg with a slightly thicker yolk.
I was worried about the customer service, including the shop owner, who had less smiles and less brightness, but overall it is not bad.
