不味くはありませんが全体的に味に特徴が無く感じました。
ラーメン良く言えばアッサリしているので呑んだ後に食べるなら良いかな?昼間だとアッサリしすぎて物足りないです。
レアチャーシュー丼はチャーシューの味よりタレの味が目立ち過ぎてチャーシューが有っても無くてもいいのでは?と思いました。
