★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 霞ヶ浦にそそぎ込む恋瀬川の河口近く，県道144号線紅葉石岡線沿いに大杉神社と金比羅神社の社号標と鳥居があり，路地奥の階段を上ると社殿が鎮座していらっしゃいました。社殿裏はお墓です。両社が合祀されているのか，どちらかが階段下に鎮座する境内社（祠）なのか，御由緒とも残念ながら分かりません。かつては階段下は霞ヶ浦かその浜辺であり，当社は霞ヶ浦を見下ろす鎮守であったのでしょう。
Near the mouth of the Koise River, which pours into Kasumigaura, there are the company names and torii of Osugi Shrine and Kinbira Shrine along Prefectural Road 144, Autumn Leaves Ishioka Line, and when you go up the stairs at the back of the alley, the shrine is enshrined. The back of the shrine is a grave. Unfortunately, I don't know if both companies are enshrined together or if one of them is a precinct company (shrine) that sits under the stairs. In the past, the bottom of the stairs was Kasumigaura or its beach, and we would have been a guardian overlooking Kasumigaura.
