神武天皇をお祀りするお社です。石岡市の、有志のパトロール活動の立ち寄り場所となっているらしく、そのお知らせの紙が貼ってありました。向かって右側のお社にの祭神は、いまだにわからずにいます。

御祭神は神武天皇。南北朝時代，勢力が衰えた南朝方の諸氏が一祠を建立し「伝五先さま」「御神明神様」と尊称し，南朝の勢威回復を熱祷した。その後，水害のため上流の神田に奉遷したが，度々の洪水によって，現在の御神域をト占して宝永丙戌霜月に遷座。明治になって神武社と改称した。狭い坂道から石段を登って石鳥居をくぐると，そこは明るく輝くような木立が，それでいて深い鎮守の杜に囲まれた神聖な御神域でした。やや細長い社殿が二柱，向かって左側が神武社でありましょう。右側のやや小ぶりの社殿は（最初は皇后であろうかと思ったのですが）境内社の柊稲荷神社（宇迦之御魂命）でありましょうか。それにしても誠に美しき御神域，滅多にこのような光景に出会うことはありません。言葉では表現出来ず，写真をご覧ください。

After that, he relocated to Kanda upstream due to flood damage, but due to frequent floods, he occupied the current sacred area and relocated to Hoei Yang Fire Dog. In the Meiji era, the name was changed to Jinmusha. Climbing the stone steps from the narrow slope and passing through the stone torii gate, there was a sacred sanctuary surrounded by bright and shining trees, yet deep guardian forests. Let's say that the slightly elongated shrine has two pillars, and the left side is Jinmusha. The slightly smaller shrine on the right (I thought it was the Empress at first) should be Hiiragi Inari Shrine (Ukanomitama) of the precincts shrine.
