と	とん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八海山神社を100mほど昇った所にある蕎麦屋さん。基本的にはそばと山菜天ぷらという2～3択になります。お店の雰囲気とマイナスイオン効果なのか心が安らぎますね。温かいかけそばと山菜天ぷらを注文しました。揚げ立ての天ぷらは最高ですね。こういうお店ならではのこごみやふきのとう○○ブドウ？と言った珍しいラインナップ。美味しく頂きました。店員さんは皆さん温かく好接客。特に若奥様が可愛らしい方だったので★は一つ追加で×4にさせて頂きました。 A soba restaurant located about 100m up Hakkaisan Shrine. Basically, there are two or three choices: soba and edible wild plants tempura. The atmosphere of the shop and the negative ion effect will make you feel at ease. I ordered warm kake soba and edible wild plants tempura. Freshly fried tempura is the best. Garbage and butterbur sprout XX grapes unique to such a store? A rare lineup that said. We had delicious. The clerk is warm and friendly. Especially since the young wife was a cute person, I added one ★ to x4.

e	etinu cf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても雰囲気の良い店内で美味しい蕎麦や山菜が頂けます。温冷二種(かけそば、ざるそば)と二種ざる(あらびき、ざるそば)と山菜三点盛り、山菜の天婦羅、ニジマスの唐揚げを頂きました。全ての料理に対してとても美味しく満足出来ました。ドライブコースでの昼食として食べに行きましたが、次回はこの蕎麦だけの為に伺いたいと思います。評価が高いのも頷けました。 You can enjoy delicious soba noodles and wild plants in a very nice atmosphere. We had two kinds of hot and cold (Kake soba, Zaru soba), two kinds of Zaru (Arabiki, Zaru soba), three edible wild plants, tempura of edible wild plants, and fried rainbow trout. I was very satisfied with all the dishes. I went to eat for lunch on the drive course, but next time I would like to visit just for this soba. No wonder it was highly rated.
K	Keiko Furuya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山の中のおそば屋さんです。マイナスイオンが充満してそうな自然の中で食べるおそば最高です。お店は古き良き日本のごはん屋さんというレトロな雰囲気を残しつつ、きれいでおしゃれな雰囲気。辛味大根おろしそばをいただきました。おそばは美味しくていくらでも食べられます。みょうがたっぷり（本当にたっぷり）なのも高ポイントです。おつゆが濃いめで、あまり辛過ぎないのもいい感じです。くるみをほじって入れる味変も面白い。おそば以外も美味しくて、お通しの錦糸瓜(いわゆるソーメンかぼちゃ、魚沼の地野菜なのですね)のお漬物とビールがよく合います。そして、おそばと一緒に頼んだニジマスの唐揚げがとんでもなく美味しかった。2度揚げしてるためか、頭からしっぽまで、さくさくじゅわっと全部食べられます。山菜盛り合わせ7種もとっても豪華で、おそばと一緒に食べるとなお美味しいという感じです。実はこの日はもう山菜天ぷらが売り切れだったので、次行ったら今度こそ天ぷら食べてみたいです。 It is a soba shop in the mountains. Soba is delicious and you can eat as much as you want. It is also a high point that there is plenty of Japanese ginger (really plenty). The soup is thick and not too spicy. The taste change of picking walnuts is also interesting. Other than soba, it is delicious, and the pickles of spaghetti squash (so-called somen pumpkin, Uonuma's local vegetables) go well with beer. And the fried rainbow trout I ordered with soba was ridiculously delicious. Perhaps because it is fried twice, you can eat everything from the head to the tail. Assorted edible wild plants 7 kinds are very gorgeous, and it is even more delicious when eaten with soba. Actually, the edible wild plants tempura was already sold out on this day, so I would like to try the tempura next time.

The difficult part; if you are walking or cycling here, the place lies bit upslope. However, they have ample parking place available.
