展望台に着けるお気軽な滝です
私が行ったのは大雨の直後だったので
無駄に水量が多く滝の名前にもなった
温泉の自噴で赤くなった岩肌があまり
見えなかったです
この日は数カ所の滝を巡ったのですが
唯一水量が多くて失敗しました(笑)
またここも白糸滝と同様に年々木々が
成長して見にくくなっているようですね

温泉成分が創り出した緋色とブルーの幻想的なコントラスト

濁河温泉に宿泊した際に見ました。市営露天風呂の駐車場に車を停め、メイン道路に出て右手側すぐに、滝が見える展望台への滝見歩道の入り口があります。
滝見歩道を1分強あるけば展望台に到着します。
濁河温泉に行けばかなり気軽に見られる滝で小さい子供連れでも問題なくいけます。 ただ、方々で見られる、この滝の写真よりも実際は展望台から滝の距離が離れていて、あれ？以外と遠いなと感じました。
滝壺には行けません。
しかし、滝自体は温泉成分により岩肌が緋色になっており、また滝壺も温泉成分により本当に綺麗なブルーをしています。 このふたつが合わさったやや人工的にも感じられるコントラストは御嶽山が創り出した奇跡のコントラストとも言え、とても幻想的で美しいです。
滝自体へのアクセスは非常に良いので、濁河温泉に立ち寄った際は絶対に見た方が良いです。 ただ、濁河温泉へのアクセスが悪いのですけどね（笑）

I saw it when I stayed at Nigorigo Onsen. Park your car in the parking lot of the municipal open-air bath, and on the right hand side of the main road, you will find the entrance to the Takimi sidewalk to the observatory where you can see the waterfall.
If you take the Takimi sidewalk for a little over a minute, you will reach the observatory.
If you go to Nigorigo Onsen, you can easily see the waterfall, and even with small children, there is no problem. However, the waterfall is actually farther from the observatory than the photo of this waterfall that people can see, isn't it? I felt that it was far from other than that.
I can't go to the basin.
However, the waterfall itself has a scarlet rock surface due to the hot spring ingredients, and the basin also has a really beautiful blue color due to the hot spring ingredients. The contrast that can be felt artificially by combining these two is a miracle contrast created by Mt. Ontake, and it is very fantastic and beautiful.
Access to the waterfall itself is very good, so you should definitely see it when you stop by Nigorigo Onsen. However, access to Nigorigo Onsen is poor (laughs).
