時間がない中で部屋探しをしていました。
他店の対応の遅さや、提案内容にしびれを切らしてる中でこちらのお店に出会いました。
たくさん不動産屋を巡ろうとしている方、ここが手っ取り早いです！！！笑
他店さんは
雑なヒアリングの上、提案してくるお部屋が希望と相違があったり、時間の無駄だと思うことがたくさんありました。
ですが、こちらのスタッフの方は
まず、私の希望を事細かく聞いてくださり（希望が沢山あって困らせて申し訳ございませんでした。）提案してくださるお部屋、どれも私の細かい希望に沿うものばかりで、正直他のお店はなんだったんだろう...と思わせられました。
さらに、私の家財、そして大きさまでもを考慮し、このお部屋では家財が置くことが難しい、余裕のない部屋になりそうなど、私の理想のお部屋作りのことまで考えてアドバイスしていただけました！ここにはとても感動しました！
内見も数多く見させていただきましたが、嫌な顔一つせず、採寸に協力していただいたり、実際に内見し、資料と実際は違いましたね、ここは清水さんの理想のお部屋とは違いそうですね、次行きましょう。と早く契約を決め、早く終わらそうとしないところにも感動しました。当たり前のことかもしれませんが、中々そうゆうスタッフの方いらっしゃらないのではないでしょうか？
数多く引越しをしていますが、こちら以上に提案内容が的確で、スピーディー、なおかつ、親切な不動産屋さんないと思います。また引越しをする際は必ずこちらにお願いしようと思っています。
