★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸しているマンションの管理会社さんですが、対応が雑に思います。問題があって問い合わせをするとすぐに業者さんに連絡はしてくれます。ただ、その後の対応がひどすぎます。業者さんが現地の様子を確認してから、管理会社さんに報告をするわけですが、その報告を受けての対応がなく結果がわかりません。修理するのかしないのか一切が来ません。毎回こちらからどうなってますかと問い合わせています。問い合わせすると、忘れているのか確認しますとだけ。オーナー委託されて管理している自覚があるのかわかりません。私がオーナーになったら絶対に利用することはないと思います。

The contractor confirms the situation at the site and then reports to the management company, but there is no response to the report and the result is unknown. It doesn't come at all whether it will be repaired or not. I always ask what's going on here. Just ask and see if you've forgotten. I don't know if I am aware that I am entrusted with the owner and manage it. I don't think I will ever use it once I become the owner.

こちらから連絡→確認して折り返しします→折り返しなしです。これの無限ループ。
他の方も仰ってるようにオーナー様から委託されて管理してる意識が全くありません。
何のための管理会社なんでしょうか？
管理会社の対応が悪いので更新時期になったら即解約します。
このような理由で借主がいなくなると困るので会社選びも重要ですね。
