サ	サイヤマト on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積り金額を口頭でもらって申し込みしました。審査が下りて契約書を待っている時に初期費用が当初見積金額より18万ぐらい(家賃一ヶ月分)高くなると言われました。今住んでいる家の解約届けまでに契約書が間に合わないので、契約書を待たずに先退出届けを提出してましたが、このタイミングでの値上げは正直詐欺に遭った気分でした。(解約届けを先提出しないといけないのは営業マンも知っていました。) 物件が気にいったので、他の仲介会社を通して契約しようとしましたが、管理会社にどう伝えたのか、その管理会社の物件は一切契約できない状況までに陥ってしまいました。会社が大きいから信用があるとは限らないので、営業マンのことだけ信じて物件契約進めるのはリスクがあるように感じます。 I applied for the estimated amount verbally.
