★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の対応は非常に良く好感持てましたが、会社での対応だったのか、担当の対応はどこか投げやりな感じが多々見られこちらから投げかけないと必要最低限な連絡しかない、聞いていないのにやりましたか？の質問くるなど今まで多々引越ししてきましたが一番対応が悪く、今後よくしていく参考までに投稿させていただきます。
The female receptionist's response was very good and I liked it, but I heard that the response from the person in charge seemed to be thrown away, and if I didn't throw it from here, there would be only the minimum necessary contact. Did you do it when you didn't? I've moved a lot until now, but the response is the worst, so I'll post it as a reference for future improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄く良い物件を紹介してもらいましたが、担当の方の接客態度が人を舐めてるとしか思えません。適当にあしらわれてるようで不快です。次来るときに保証人の印鑑証明と住民票持って来いって言われたから無理を言って速達で送ってもらって用意してたのに、当日に今回必要な書類はありませんと言われました。親に申し訳ないしほんとにありえない。勝手に高いオプションサービス付けられてたり、こっちが気付かなかったらラッキーとでも思ってるのか？って事が多々あり非常にショックでした。もう信用できません。他のお店で頼めば良かったなと後悔してます。

I was very shocked because there were many things. I can't trust you anymore. I regret that I should have asked at another store.
