★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30分ほど待ちましたが、美味しいお蕎麦を頂けました。
汁が甘すぎる事だけは残念ですが、現代人の嗜好に合わせるとこうなってしまうのは仕方がないのでしょうか。
蕎麦の香りと甘味を引き立てる辛い汁が恋しいこの頃です。

人気店であり週末のためか開店時間に行きましたが、すでに行列。1回転後位の約1時間後に入れました。
料理も美味しいことに加え、店や店員の方の雰囲気もよかったです。
Visited in June 2021.
It's a popular shop and I went to the opening time probably because of the weekend, but it's already in line. I put it in about 1 hour after one rotation.
In addition to the delicious food, the atmosphere of the shop and the clerk was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上司のオススメで来店しました。お蕎麦美味しかった。でも、私的にはかき揚げが特に美味しかった!時間に余裕の有る時にまた来ます。土曜日だったので1時間待ちでした。
I came to the store on the recommendation of my boss. The soba was delicious. But for me, the kakiage was especially delicious! I'll come back when I have time to spare. It was Saturday so I was waiting for an hour.

２順目で30分くらいの待ち時間でした。
相変わらずのボリュームです。最後のあんみつはさっぱりしてます。
I visited after a long time and had lunch in April.
It was a waiting time of about 30 minutes in the second order.
It is a volume as usual. The last anmitsu is refreshing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば大盛とかき揚げ１枚をいただきました。お蕎麦は細切りタイプ、コシがしっかりしていておつゆとよく絡みます。おつゆは魚の出汁がしっかりと感じられる、上品な味わいです。少量浸けるだけで、お蕎麦の風味を十分味わうことができます。かき揚げはこの上なくサクサク。小海老はプリプリ、帆立は旨味がギュッと詰まった感じ。うん、お蕎麦もかき揚げもおいしかった！すごく丁寧な仕事をされているなあ、というのが印象です。人気があるのも頷けます。ごちそうさまでした。またお邪魔したいと思います。
それと、こちらのシステムを紹介させていただきます。まずお店に着いたら、名前と人数をお店備え付けのノートに書きます。そうするとお店の方から、大体の待ち時間や案内時間を教えてもらえます。一度にお店に入れるお客さんの人数を区切って、「○巡目なので○時○分頃のご案内」というように教えてもらえます。(違っていたらごめんなさい)
このシステムはいいですね!!その時間までどこかに出かけることもできますから。延々と行列に並ばなくてすむのは助かります。ちなみに、受付は10時からだそうです。

The small shrimp is pre-prepared, and the scallops are full of umami. Yeah, the soba and kakiage were delicious! The impression is that you are doing a very polite work. No wonder it's popular. Also, I would like to introduce this system. When you first arrive at the store, write down your name and number of people in the notebook provided at the store. Then, the shop will tell you about the waiting time and guidance time. You can divide the number of customers who can enter the store at one time and tell them, "Because it is a round, we will guide you around XX hours and minutes." (sorry if that's not right)
This system is nice !! You can go somewhere until that time. It's helpful not to have to wait in line endlessly. By the way, the reception is from 10 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在高校2年の息子が幼稚園のころ、義両親に連れてきてもらって…それ以来、10年以上ぶりに来させてもらいました。今回は平日に休みが取れたので、妻と二人です。
店内混んでいて、順番待ちに記入したところ、小一時間待ちとのこと。それならばと、お店の前に広がる大室ダムを1周しました。1周1kmを歩き、お腹がすいてきたところで入店。平日限定ランチをいただきました。かけそば、ランチプレート、たいへんおいしかったです。
歩いたから暖かいのかなぁと思っていたら床暖房だったようで、寒くなってきた時期なので心遣いがうれしかったです。連れてきてくれた義両親ともすでに他界しましたが、娘夫婦や孫のためにこんな素敵なお店を教えてくれたことに感謝です

The store was crowded, and when I filled in the waiting list, it was waiting for an hour. In that case, I went around the Omuro dam that spreads out in front of the shop. Walk 1km per lap and enter the store when you are hungry. I had a weekday limited lunch. Kake soba, lunch plate, was very delicious.
I was wondering if it was warm because I walked, but it seemed that it was underfloor heating, and it was a time when it was getting cold, so I was happy to be considerate. I have already passed away with my parents-in-law who brought me, but I am grateful that they taught me such a wonderful shop for my daughter couple and grandchildren.

もりそば大盛(900円)と野菜天ぷら(700円)をいただきました。
そばは細麺ですが、手打ちならではのこしがあり、風味も良かったです。
天ぷらは、特にサツマイモが甘くしっとりさしており、絶品でした。
店内の雰囲気も良く、窓からはダムが一望できます。店員さんも和かでした。
今度は甘味をいただきたいですね。
I visited around 14:00 and it was pretty crowded.
I had Mori soba large serving (900 yen) and vegetable tempura (700 yen).
The soba is thin noodles, but it has a nice handmade texture and a good flavor.
The tempura was excellent, especially the sweet potatoes were sweet and moist.
The atmosphere inside the store is good, and you can overlook the dam from the window. The clerk was also Japanese.
I want you to have sweetness this time.
