10割そばを食べたが、まぁ普通の出来だと思う。天つゆは塩辛い。もう少し甘めが好み。一番の問題は駐車場です。入り口に歩道の縁石があり、入れにくい、出しにくい。縁石を取っ払って欲しい。またトイレも旧式のようです。此処も要改善

いろいろな食感風味の蕎麦が楽しめます。礎の天ざると金剛、十割をいただきました。 礎は間違いない。粗挽きと月輪が混ざった金剛はなかなかお目にかかることのない食感でした。十割はなんでこんなにつるつるな食感に出きるのか驚きです。 人気店なのでお客さん沢山でした。テーブル間が少し狭く密な感じは否めないでした。 でも美味しい蕎麦堪能しました。

初訪問です(*^^*) クチコミの評価が高いので期待して行きましたが期待通りでした。金剛蕎麦大盛りを頼みましたが香りも良く喉越し良く食感の違いも楽しめ大変美味しかったです。ただ大盛りだけど少し少ないかなぁ( ´-ω-) せめて300gは欲しい所だけど推定200gチョイ・・・老人に合わせて少ないのかな・・・あとは盛り付けが皿なので水切れが終盤悪くなります、接客は無愛想な感じ・・・でもそれを差し引いても美味しい蕎麦でした。値段は国産だからなのか強気な値段設定、若者が食べに行くには厳しい感じで人を選ぶ蕎麦屋さんってところかな。

蕎麦通好みの店です。蕎麦は、粉の種類により、月輪(がちりん)蕎麦、十割(じゅうわり)蕎麦、粗挽(あらびき)蕎麦、金剛(こんごう)蕎麦、礎(いしずえ)蕎麦があり、値段もそれぞれ差があります。個人的には、中位な価格帯(930円)で美味しい粗挽蕎麦がお勧めです。営業時間は11時から15時までで、月曜日が定休日です。

金剛蕎麦をいただきました、 2種の蕎麦がミックスしてあり、月輪と粗挽とのことだが素人にはわからない?ただ粗挽が勝っているからか香り良く喉越しいい美味しい蕎麦です。 天ぷらはサクサクで食べる時口からポロポロ落ちてしまいます。大葉、サツマイモ、舞茸、鱚、海老、春菊、蕎麦がき、茄子、カボチャ、があり1000円でした。 蕎麦がき天は初めてたべましたが、モチッ!しっとり感があり美味しかったです?蕎麦の香りはあまりしませんでした? 日光〜鹿沼周辺は蕎麦屋さんが多いですが、 リピ確定です 年配の夫婦?かわからないが2人営業なので頑張って続けて欲しいです。

4種5タイプの蕎麦メニューがあり、その中で"金剛そば 野菜天ざる"を注文した。金剛蕎麦は月輪蕎麦と粗挽蕎麦のミックスで、風味、程よいコシ、喉越しの良さの三拍子揃った良質な蕎麦だった。ただ欲張ってミックスにしたが、どちらかの品種に絞った方がよかったかも。蕎麦汁はそれ程濃くなく、蕎麦の味わいを引き立てる汁だと思う。野菜の天ぷらは5種でサクサク揚がっていて美味しかった。営業開始11時前に到着し早めに中に入れてもらえた。蕎麦通には人気店のようだが閑散期ということもあり、来店者は疎らであった。蕎麦が大変美味しいので、再訪して全ての種類を食してみたい!帰り際に店主から畑でとれた辛味大根を頂いた。長閑でアットホーム的な雰囲気に何だか感激した。

I personally think this place has the best soba in Japan. Highly recommended Arabiki Soba (coarsely ground buckwheat) this soba has absolutely amazing natural soba flavors! The lady who runs the restaurant has unique personality in a great way. (I wouldn’t say she is most friendly but she def appreciates customers)
