おそばも美味しい、つゆも美味しい、ごはんも美味しい。 だけど、注文してからの時間が掛かりすぎ。 リピーターを増やしたいと思うなら、段取りをもっと考えた方がいいと思う。

webでそば打ち体験を予約したが当日になって予約を確認し忘れてたと店側からのドタキャン。呆れました。気になって口コミを見たらゲロマズの蕎麦を出す店と知ってそば打ち体験しなくて良かったと逆に安堵したので星は1つ増やしておきます。ありがとうございました。

ビートたけしさんもテレビで食べていた「ふわとろ厚焼きたまご」は家族皆が大絶賛!そばも美味いのですが、厚焼きたまごの美味さに記憶が上書きされてしまいます。 蕎麦は蕎麦殻を取り除き、主に蕎麦の実の中心部分を使用したそば粉のそばのようで、色も白っぽく適度な弾力、のどごしも良く美味しく頂けました。 敷地内ではそば打ち体験もできるようで、お客さんが自ら打ったそばをお店が茹で、店内で食していたグループを見かけました。 駐車場は広く、敷地内・店内は古民家のような作りで全体に落ち着いた雰囲気。運が良いとテラスで食べられるので、これからの季節、天気が良いと最高の食事が楽しめそうです。 店長の気さくな人柄も良く、気分良く食事ができました。またお邪魔したいと思います。

1年前団体で蕎麦打ち体験しましたが 説明が遠くて全然聞こえないところでやられたり、大した説明もないのに上手く出来なかったらこんなの小学生でもできるなどと言われたり、楽しくは出来ない体験でした。 教えている先生は一言余計なこと言わないと蕎麦打ちできない性格みたいなのでやらない方が吉です。 今はコロナで行く人も少ないでしょうが、終息したとしてもここで蕎麦打ち体験だけはやめておくことをオススメします。

入口に検温があるのに、店員さんは出てこられない。忙しいのかな、と覗くと店内は1組で既に食べている。店員さんと目が合うと、「どうぞー」と。なぜ検温が置いているのか…。 席につき、出てきたお水はほとんど常温。 残暑の季節には冷たい水が飲みたい。 海老天丼と蕎麦セットと、湯葉蕎麦を頼んだ。料理の提供は15分ほど。 その間に1人お客さんが増えた。 出てきた料理は我々の次のお客さんのものだった…。 いや、我々の頼んだ海老天丼と蕎麦のセットを片手に持って、後で入ってきたお客さんの注文分を先に届けたのだ。 料理が出てくるまでに気分が良くない。 届いた海老天丼。 細い細い小エビが3つ。某天丼チェーン店でももう少しマシな海老天が出てくる。 海老天に合わないご飯の量。 これが2145円…。某天丼チェーン店だと800円程度ではないでしょうか。 挙げ句の果てには湯葉蕎麦に「金だわし」の破片が混入。言語道断。 「すいません、新しいものを作り直します」 アルバイトさんでしょうか。先程の配膳の方です。 作り直し不要な旨を伝えた先にも「要らないって」と。 もはやこんなお店あるんだな〜と驚嘆。 お会計の際にも責任者の方は一切出てこられませんでした。 客は神などと言うつもりはありません。 しかし、代金をお支払いし、対価としてお食事とサービスを頂いています。 見合ったものかどうか、お考え頂いた方が良いと思います。 サービス、料理共に稀に見る最低なレベルでした。

事前にクチコミを見てからにすれば良かった、初めての店で最悪。足が悪いのに期待を胸に急階段を二階へ。混雑もしていないのにモリを注文してから出てくるまでに15分。注文取りから会計までお姉さん一人で良く動き回るけど口のききかた知らず。広告塔らしきビートたけし氏の多くの張り紙は全部読み終えた頃には蕎麦への期待は消えた。案の定、茹でたてとは思えない蕎麦粉を混ぜただけの香りも味も無い麺、ダシの香りも醤油の味もしない黒い塩水味のツユ、蕎麦湯も無し。周りの人達からも旨いの言葉は聞こえず。公共の広場の中に有る日光の名折れになる蕎麦屋。道理でこんなのが有るから「日光そば」のぼり旗は恥ずかしくて何処にも見当たらなくなっていたんだと納得。日光生まれの家内が近年毎度楽しみにして来ていたのに、日光の恥になってしまったと泣いている。

板蕎麦とカレーうどんを注文 かき揚げ大も追加しました。 大きなザルに大量の蕎麦❗️ インパクト抜群 以前ビートたけしも番組で訪れ蕎麦打ちを行った様です。 味ですが、水が良いのも相まって美味しく頂きました。 オススメです。
