K	Kakeru Nishida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガツンと醤油の効いたスープが、リピートしたくなる中華そば。味噌、塩もありますが、結局いつも醤油に餃子とご飯付き。味は、岡山の昔ながらの中華そばよりもあっさり目で、先に醤油の風味が来て、そのあとにスッキリした豚骨の旨味がやってくる感じ。ラーメンって結局、好みによるところが大きいと思うのですが、私は好きです。ちょっと分かりにくいところにありますが、一本北の道は車通りも多く、近くに銀行や薬局などもあるので、ついでに寄るにもちょうどいいです。 Chinese soba, which makes soup with guts and soy sauce feel like repeating. 鉄	鉄人29号 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おとなりのうどん屋へ来る度に気になっていたラーメン屋さん、午後から岡山業務でチャンス到来と、今日は目がけて来ました。店頭のメニュー看板で予習してから入店です。一人様カウンターの端っこに着き、改めてメニューを見るやいなや、醤油ラーメンのぎょうざセットを注文です。半玉でなく小ライスをチョイスしました。店内にはモダンジャズかラテンジャズでしょうか、心地よいＢＧＭが流れてます。らぁめん屋らしからぬ空間は店主のセンスを感じます。ほどなくラーメンの登場。濁った醤油スープは好みの色彩、大きなチャーシューが２・３枚、丁寧な仕上がり具合です。シナチクにもやし、ねぎとラーメンの王道です。(^^) 一口すすると、今日の私の体調には少し辛めに感じましたが、一口サイズのぎょうざと適量の小ライスとのバランスが大変ようございました。次回は気になる味噌ラーメン、と思いきや、夏の終わりに塩トマトらぁめん！の貼り紙の方が目に入ります。春頃から始めるそうなので、こちらも楽しみにしておきましょう！(^^) 夜の居酒屋メニューも試したい。。。 Every time I came to my neighbor's udon shop, I was worried about the ramen shop. M	Mas Ham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん前にお邪魔してから、久々の訪店です。「コク旨!!醤油らぁめん」という名前に惹かれて注文。ついでに焼ぎょうざ(4ヶ)も。まずはらぁめん。スープは確かに濃い醤油の色です。飲んでも醤油の味と酸味で、出汁が何か分かりません。(最後まで飲んで、豚骨だと分かりました。)醤油は生醤油のような味です。マー油が入っているのですが、ニンニクなどが焼けきれずに入っているので、良い意味で味に影響しています。麺は中細のストレートで、堅くはありません。具はチャーシュー、もやし、シナチク、ゆで卵(半個)多めの青ネギ小口切りです。チャーシューは薄めですが、歯応えがあり美味しかったです。焼ぎょうざは、ニラが入っているもので、美味しかったです。コク旨!!醤油らぁめんは、好みが分かれるところだと思います。美味しく頂きました。 It's been a long time since I visited the store a long time ago.
