玉	玉兎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やし中華は高く評価出来るのだが醤油ラーメンは個性が無さすぎるし豚骨ラーメンは個性が強すぎる。振り幅が広すぎて全体評価は中途半端昨日令和になって初めて来店。前回から実に三年以上ぶり。正直言ってかなり味が落ちてる。味の方向性は変わってないからか平成時代の劣化コピーとしか言いようがない。まずラーメン。豚骨ラーメンを頼んだのだが麺が解れてなく持ち上げると絡み合った固まりが顔を出す。スープも温度がやや低く味もボヤけている。胡椒と辛子味噌で修正してなんとか食べれるレベル。次に餃子。これは最悪。皮はふやけてグニャグニャで食感最低。アンは大量に投入した大蒜で味を誤魔化している。なにより店員。厨房から常にカチャカチャと金属音がしていて「炒飯作ってるのかな？」と思って見てみたら女の子が鍋振りの練習中。先輩店員が熱心にアドバイスしていたがそうじゃないだろ？練習なら終業後か始業前にしろよ。調理していて出る音は仕方ないが練習で出る金属音は耳障りな雑音でしかない。客を不快にしてどうするんだ。 Hiyashi chuka can be highly evaluated, but soy sauce ramen has too little individuality and pork bone ramen has too strong individuality. P	Pomやで! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バリ黒豚骨とからあげをいただきました。チャーシューが柔らかくてトロトロで、しょうがや高菜などで味変出来るので最後まで飽きずに食べれました。からあげも以前本店で食べたからあげよりカラッとあがっていて美味しかったです。接客も良く、特に女性の店員さんが色々と気配りがあってとても良かったです(^-^) I got a Balinese black pork bone and karaage.
