このスープだと、もう少し太麺か縮れ麺にしてしまった方が良さそうな
でもそれだと中華そば違うしなぁ
中華そばのボリュームは普通なんで、若い人は、小カツ丼とのセットがオススメですね

昔ながらのラーメン屋って雰囲気です。店内は広かったです。活気はあまり感じられなかったけど逆にゆっくり食べられます。
スープは他ではあんまり無いような味。ブイヨンベースみたいですが、ちょっと味噌ラーメンにも近い感じもしました。替え玉は出来ないのでご注意！普通の中華そばを注文しましたがちゃんとチャーシューやメンマも乗ってます！
デミカツ丼もめちゃうまでした。これで1,050円ならまずまずの価格ではないでしょうか。
The parking lot was small.
The atmosphere of an old-fashioned ramen shop. The inside of the store was large. I didn't feel much liveliness, but on the contrary, I can eat slowly.
The soup tastes like no other. It looks like a bouillon base, but it feels a bit like miso ramen. Please note that you cannot replace the ball! I ordered ordinary Chinese soba, but I also have char siu and menma on it!
I even messed up the Demi cutlet bowl. If this is 1,050 yen, isn't it a reasonable price?

ラーメン＋特製カツ丼小 1150円
ラーメンのスープは色は濃いものの出汁がしっかりあり、麺はかために頼んだのでパツッと歯切れが良く美味しいです。
また、カツ丼もお肉も柔らかくデミグラスソースも濃くがあり、熱々で美味しかったです。
大元駅からも徒歩8分位で駐車場もあり良いですね。
オススメできるお店です。

Ramen + special katsudon small 1150 yen
The ramen soup is dark in color, but the soup stock is strong, and the noodles are firm, so they are crisp and delicious.
Also, the katsudon and meat were tender and the demiglace sauce was thick, so it was hot and delicious.
It's good that there is a parking lot about 8 minutes on foot from Omoto station.
It is a shop that I can recommend.

中華そば＋カツ丼(小)¥1,150を注文しました。
中華そばはスープが美味い。まるで味噌汁の赤出しのように深いコクがあり、好きな味でした。
麺は昔ながらの中華そばで、これもスープに合ってました。
しかし、カツ丼は、肉質が悪過ぎ。残念！

Chinese soba has a delicious soup. It had a deep richness like the reddish miso soup, and I liked it.
The noodles are traditional Chinese noodles, which also went well with the soup.
However, the meat quality of Katsudon is too bad. disappointing!

カツにデミグラスがかかってるだけの味かと思ってたが、これがまた予想以上に旨かった。
ラーメンも豚骨醤油の様だが何故か味噌感があり結構濃い味だが旨い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山名物のデミカツ丼の店を探して見つけました。しかし、クチコミを見ているとラーメンに対する評価も高いみたいなので、ラーメンと小カツ丼のセットを注文しました。
デミカツ丼は比較的あっさりとしたデミグラスソースがカツと良くあって美味しいカツ丼でした。
ラーメンは皆さん評価が高いのがよく判りました。醤油味のスープでしたがすごくコクがあって、うまいラーメンでした。表面の油のおかげで冷めることなく最後まで熱々なのも良かったです。
セットが小カツ丼しかなかったのが少し残念でしたが、ラーメンといっしょにカツ丼も中以上の大きさを頼む人はまれなのでしょう。岡山駅から瀬戸大橋線の各停で一つ先の大元駅前にあります。ちょっと足を伸ばすのも良いと思います。
