人のデリケートな部分を鼻で笑える神経を疑います。
 It was the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顔と首もとに蕁麻疹が出てしまい伺いました。女性の先生で、とても丁寧に診察をしてくださいました。もらったお薬ですっかり良くなりました。結婚式前だったので本当に安心しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VIOレーザーで受診しました。レーザー前の初めての剃毛は看護師？（資格有無不明）がしてくれましたが、電動シェービングの時に痛みを感じ、見ると恥部から僅かに出血が！！
デリケートな部位だし、剃毛代払ってるんだし、もっと丁寧にして欲しかったです。
あと、契約期限が迫ってる等の案内もなく、もう期限切れなので予約できませんと。追加料金等で延長出来るのか聞いても、無理ですねと一点張り。高額な料金を払っているので、もう少し融通きかせて欲しいものです。
もう二度と行きません。

ほくろについての説明や術中の声かけなどは良かったのですが、術前に提示された料金と術後に支払った料金が異なっており、質問したところ、麻酔代や抗菌薬代は別とのこと。
領収書についても値段の書かれたものを渡されただけであり、何にいくらかかったか、細かいことは記載されていませんでした。
他の医院では、内訳の料金を明確に示してくれるので、現在はそちらに通うようにしました。
