★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割の特徴はあまり感じないけど、普通に美味しいと思います。そばの香りもそこそのかな。
価格はちょい高め。どんな手間、材料なのか感じる能力無いだけでしょう。
蕎麦屋として十分に楽しめます。
お酒は想像以上に充実。
十四代、石田屋など、なかなかお目にかかれ無い銘酒が定番で置かれてる様です。
現在はコロナ禍で夜はお休み。
次回はもう少し、店主とお話してみたいです。

まずお茶が、そば茶。たぶん業界では当り前なんだろうけど、香りが良かったです。
まだ寒い季節なので、ホカホカの「にしんそば(1380円)」注文しました。ほう、これが蕎麦の風味ですか。二八とは違うなと納得しながら頂きました。しかし他の方が仰る通り、満腹度は今ひとつ。たぶんワザと？懐石も満足させる事が目的じゃない料理ですし、これがワビサビなのかと自分で納得してみました。
デザート代わりに「ごま豆腐(450円)」も食べたら、これがまぁ、ゴマの風味が素晴らしい！オススメです(^o^)
で、お勘定の時に店主さんが言うには、
「温そばは十割ではどうしても溶けてしまうので、オススメは冷そばです。あるいは温そばなら、鴨もオススメ」との事。では今度はそちらを頂きましょう！
ちなみにお箸の先が紙にくるまれて出てきます。衛生的ですね。もしかして紙開いたら何か書かれてるかと思ったけど、何もありませんでしたww
I've never eaten 10% before
First, tea is soba tea. Perhaps it is natural in the industry, but the scent was good.
It's still cold season, so I ordered the hot and cold "Ninshin soba (1380 yen)". Oh, is this the flavor of soba? I was convinced that it was different from 28. But as others have said, satiety is not enough. Maybe with a trick? The purpose of the dish is not to satisfy kaiseki, and I was convinced by myself whether this was wabisabi.
If you eat "sesame tofu (450 yen)" instead of dessert, this is ok, the sesame flavor is wonderful! Recommended (^ o ^)
So, at the time of check, the shopkeeper says,
"Recommended is cold soba because hot soba will melt at 10%, or duck is recommended if hot soba." Now, let's have it there!
By the way, the tip of the chopsticks comes out wrapped in paper. Sounds hygienic. I thought if I opened the paper something was written, but there was nothing ww

天ぷらは、どちらかというとフリッターに近く、素材の味や風味を殺している。
だし巻き卵は、特別な卵使っているみたいだが、敷き油の酸化した匂いが、だし巻きを殺している。出汁も少なく普通の卵焼きに近い。
値段が高くコスパも悪い。店内、客は自分と妻だけだがお茶のおかわりもなく、配慮に欠けている。
もう来ません。

Tempura is more like fritters and kills the taste and flavor of the ingredients.
Dashimaki tamago seems to use a special egg, but the oxidized smell of bedding oil kills the omelet. There is little soup stock and it is close to ordinary omelet.
The price is high and the cost performance is bad. Inside the store, the only customers are myself and my wife, but there is no replacement for tea, and there is a lack of consideration.
I won't come anymore.

十割蕎麦は味も香りも歯応えもいいです。量は少ないですが?
だしは見た目よりあっさりで、蕎麦湯を足して飲み干しました！
天ぷらはちょっと揚げすぎ？ と思うぐらいカリカリです。僕はすきですが、好みが別れるかも？
混在は昼だけの営業のようです。
近くに行った時はまたよりたいお店です❗

お座敷が一ヶ所ありそこで一歳9ヶ月の息子と食事しました。
私が頼んだとろろのお蕎麦は息子に好評で、
たくさん食べてくれました！
また上賀茂神社の帰りに寄ります。
