デフォルトの品揃えも良いが、専門的な用途で、自分だけが必要なものがあっても、きちんと対応してくれて、尚且つそれが入荷実現するところが凄い
それも、（大仙等の）チェーン店との連携で、それ程待たせない
今まで住んでいた場所では実現不可能で、アマゾン等に頼っていたが、湯沢に越してきて、それが可能となる店に出会えるとは思わなかった
アマゾンが直に販売している商品はまだいいが、文房具は出品者から買うと、送料手数料でボッタクられるので、それが本当にイヤだった
専門店からの通販も同様なので、まさに救世主である
店員さんも、一見無愛想に見えるが、話すと真剣、真摯に対応してくれて、好感が持てる
押さえどころは押さえ、人もよく覚えてくれる
人馴れし過ぎて、逸脱して違和感を覚える店よりは余程良い
品揃えで、先ず、不満に思うことはない
土曜、日曜は休みなので、注意が必要＾＾
買いたいものがあったら、金曜日に済ませておくこと＾＾
尚、オフィスワンは同系列だが、一般文具であり、店員の質も違うので、全く違う店舗と思って良い

I couldn't do it where I used to live, so I relied on Amazon, but I didn't think I could come to Yuzawa and find a store that could do that.
The items that Amazon sells directly are still good, but when I bought stationery from the seller, it was ridiculed by the shipping fee, so that was really unpleasant
The same applies to mail order from specialty stores, so it is a true savior.
The clerk also seems unfriendly at first glance, but when he speaks, he responds seriously and sincerely, which gives him a good impression.
You can hold it down and people will remember it well
It's much better than a store that is too familiar and deviates
