もちろん、美味しいです。
この辺りのラーメンでは珍しい節系のスープです。
昔良く食べてたスガキヤのラーメンを思い出します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米沢ラーメンの醤油味をイメージして、チャーシュー麺を食べたんですが…スープが魚介とにんにく風味がして味噌っぽい？確かに味の表記はないので、そういう物ですと言われればそうなんでしょうが?イメージと違ってたので…不味くは無いのですが微妙ですかね?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やし中華は良くある酸っぱ目の味で具材の種類豊富ですたな。
中華そばが変わった感じですたね。煮干しが結構利いて、その後に椎茸の様な味わいがした様な？ちょっと後引く味ですたよ♪麺はプリプリ、チャーシュー筋っぽいが柔らかいですた。ネギが薬味としてしっかり味を調和させてますたよ。

山菜物が好きなので頼みましたが、
やはりラーメンよりうどんか蕎麦が合うようです。味は美味しかったです。
辛味噌ラーメンは、蕎麦屋さんの味らしく専門の店の方が美味しいらしいです。
ザルそばに小どんぶりもののセットは値段も手頃で美味しく、おすすめです。

蕎麦屋として300年以上の歴史を誇るが、蕎麦は期待しすぎると肩透しかも。
麺＋ミニ丼セットがお気に入り。
