初めての出会いは、米沢にての法事で刺身のタレで食しました。その時は何のタレだか分からず、米沢の親戚に教えてもらい、それ以来、中元や歳暮で頂戴してます。刺身はもちろん。冷奴・うどん・そば・肉ジャガ・焼き鳥のタレなどを作りましたが他に代わる調味料はありません。
酒の「東光」(蔵元米沢)を楽しみながら調味料の「うまいたれ」で作った肉ジャガを口に入れれば、あとは何もいらない。

At that time, I didn't know what the sauce was, so I asked my relatives in Yonezawa to tell me, and since then I have been given it at Nakamoto and year-end gifts. Of course sashimi.
