★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支店に行ったら臨時休業。20年ぶり位で本店にきました。王道の米沢ラーメンです。メニューを見る限り日本そばが本命かな〜。
 Temporary closure if you go to the branch. I came to the head office for the first time in 20 years. It is Yonezawa ramen on the royal road. Japanese soba is my favorite as far as the menu looks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やし中華大盛を。ここも８年ぶりに来訪ですが、冷やし中華は初めてかも。ここはラーメンが絶品です。模範的な米沢ラーメンです。
冷やし中華は松が岬にある支店のが好きなのですが、本店はどうかなということで来てみました。
麺は極細縮れで最高です。
トッピングのパイナップル缶詰めは支店でもありましたが、ここは輪切り一つでした。(支店は1/4)エビやカニかまも入ってます。チャーシューやきゅうりも錦糸玉子もあります。レモンもそえられています。
鰹香るダシにほのかな酸味。レモンの酸味なのか酢の酸味なのかは私には解読できず。でも卓上に酢が置いてないことから酸味はこのダシのみってことだなぁと理解。
美味しくいただきましたよ。大盛950円。そんなにいろいろな具材外していいからもっと安く、と思うのは私だけですかね。
結論として、私の好みはやはり支店でしょうか。
でもこの本店はラーメンが美味しいのは間違いないですので。
Chilled Chinese food. This is also my first visit in 8 years, but it may be the first time for chilled Chinese food. The ramen is exquisite here. An exemplary Yonezawa ramen.
Chilled Chinese likes the branch where the pine is in the cape, but I tried to come to the main store.
The noodles are super fine and the best.
The topping canned pineapple was also a branch, but this was a single slice. (Branch is 1/4) Shrimp and crab bites are also included. There are also pork and cucumbers and kinshi-tamago. Lemon is also prepared.
It has a faint acidity to the fragrant dashi. I can't decipher whether the acidity of lemon or vinegar is sour. But since there is no vinegar on the table, I understand that the acidity is just this dashi.
It was delicious. Large 950 yen. Is it only me that thinks it's cheaper because I can remove so many ingredients?
In conclusion, is my preference a branch?
But this head office is definitely delicious ramen.

最後まで飲み干したい衝動に駈られるが、我慢しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ぷら蕎麦と親子蕎麦頂きますた。
天ぷら蕎麦は海老が二本も入り豪勢ですだね。ツユはキリッとしてるが天ぷらの旨味が溶け出しコクが出ますだ。
親子蕎麦は上の親子が少し甘めになってる様で食べ進める内に全体がまろやかになりますだ。
どちらも蕎麦は温かくても柔くならずしっかりめですだよ。
I had tempura soba and parent and child soba.
Tempura soba has two shrimp in it, isn't it? The tuyu is crispy, but the flavor of the tempura melts and the richness comes out.
Parent-child soba seems to be a little sweeter than the upper parent and child, and as you continue to eat, the whole becomes mellow.
In both cases, soba is firm and not soft even if it is warm.
