★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare times when one can go somewhere with a group, pay one's portion of the bill and not feel like you've paid for far more than you actually ate. There was so much meat, we couldn't eat it all!
I've been to Rose Garden several times and have never had a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxed yakiniku joint in Kokubuncho that's very popular with the locals. The vibe here manages to be classy yet casual, and if you like 80s rock n' roll, you'll enjoy the soundtrack here. The food is great, yet inexpensive, and the drink selection both alcoholic and non, is as extensive as I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost performance for this place is incredible; we were a table of 5 and we struggled to finish all our meat in the 2 hours. The sauce and marinade were very tasty and satisfying, and the staff were nice and tried their best in explain things in English. We arrived not long after it opened and there was a decent queue up the stairs by the timelessness we finished so we it suggest booking in advance or going early. Decor was interesting too!

The set menu is quite complete, which includes chicken, beef, pork, and even beef tongue (牛タン).
The meat is tender and delicious.
The method of grilling which using charcoal adds natural flavor to the meat.

Good quality meat, cozy atmosphere, and quite a variety of drinks - all very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a casual yakiniku with friends, this place is a classic choice.
