T	Tozy Tozy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が酷すぎる。風邪で出向いたのですが、下記の二言で門前払いを喰らいました。「どうされました？」「風邪症状の方は受診できません。入り口にも書いてありますよね。」確かに入り口の張り紙を見落としていた私に落ち度はあるかもしれないのですが、言い方はあると思います。不快な気持ちになるので二度と行きません。気持ち的には星0です。 The reception is too terrible. S	S U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり待たないので数回行きましたが、今日受付の対応があまりに酷すぎたので2度と行きません。喉の違和感があり、初診ではなかったので予約をせず病院へ向かいました。受付で喉が痛いと伝えると、対応していたおばさん(40〜50歳くらい)が急に早口で「風邪の方は電話してくださいって入口にも貼ってありますが、風邪の方はお電話していただかないと入れませんので、今日はお帰りください」と明らかにイライラしている様子・口調で軽く怒鳴られました。あまりに驚き「今日は診られないと言うことですか？」と聞くと「はいですから診られませんので、お帰りください。それか近くの岡崎南病院へ行ってください。」と言われました。電車で来ていて、わざわざ交通費をかけて向かったにも関わらず、謝罪の言葉もなく、あまりに理不尽で言葉になりませんでした。コロナ禍で敏感になっているのは分かりますが、対応が酷すぎました。接客業としてその態度でよくやっていけるなという感想です。また、入口の張り紙の文字も小さいので気がつきません。ホームページに記載していただかないと知らずに入ってしまう患者さんは他にもいると思います。ちなみにここの病院の先生は、なにか対人障害でもあるのか？と感じるほど早口で顔も見ず話します。患者の症状もろくに聞きません。体調を崩しやすく、いろいろな病気に行きますがこんな酷い病院他に知りません。星1つもつけられないです絶対にオススメしません。 I didn't wait too long, so I went there several times, but today the reception was so terrible that I wouldn't go there again. ア	アイアム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約ができて、比較的待ち時間が短くストレスが掛からないのが良いです。先生にはこちらの話を否定することなく聞いてもらえるので、話しやすいかと思います。口数は少ないですが、要点を絞って説明してくれますので、自分には分かりやすく感じてます。人それぞれ感じ方は違うかもしれませんが、自分には合っていて、これからも通わせてもらいます。 It is good that you can make a reservation, the waiting time is relatively short and there is no stress. も	ももわんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内科？を診ている女性医師にのみ患者に寄りい、気遣う姿勢と気持ちがあり、その他の人達には思いやりのかけらも見当たりません。男性医師の、ほぼ『はい』しか言わない診察？問診？は最初は『思っていたのと違ぁぁうっ！！』と驚きましたが、今はもう『そういうキャラ』として私の中で消化していますし、サクッと診断を下し、処方箋を下さった事に感謝しています。ただ、ただただ本当に、受付スタッフの方達の対応は、電話応対も含めどうかと思う事が多々あります。受付終了ギリギリで滑り込んだ女性が、もう時間だからと冷たく追い返されているのを見たこともあります。心療内科での受診の方も多くいるはずなので、より思いやりは必須。仕事や学校、私生活でメンタルをズタボロにすり減らし、誰か助け…と、すがる様にこの病院を受診する人もいるはずです。どうにも、こうにもなうっかりさん、人と話すのが苦手な方、少しの事でパニック状態になりかねない方など…。出来れば、そんな方々の特性などを勉強した上で受付業務にあたってみてはどうでしょうか？もしくは、分かっているからこそバカにしているのか…。せめて、自分のミスに対して位は『ごめんなさい』の一言位は言って欲しかったです。 Internal medicine? d	daibu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心療内科の受診。心療内科は電話予約必須だが１週間～２週間待ち程度なのでこの科にしては早い方だと思う。当日の所要時間も初診でも問診票の記入～診察～心理テスト？～再度診察～会計で1時間程度だったので早い。治療方針を医者と話し合って相談して決めたい人には向かない。医者は結構ぶっきらぼうなので低評価も納得。「薬が欲しい」「診断書が欲しい」などの明確な目的があって時間がない人・今すぐどうにかしたい人には向いている。希望すれば初診で薬や診断書が貰える。あらかじめ自分でネット等で調べてどうしたいか決めてから行き、手短にはっきりと伝えると希望に沿ってもらいやすいかもしれない。市内には待ち時間や予約待機が長くて話を聞いてくれたりカウンセリングをやってくれる病院は他にあるので、こういう病院が一軒あってくれると助かる。 Visit to the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine.
